(01) Maintenance work of Guda jaitawatan to bholenath ki bagichi Road Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding in 150 mm thickness as per MORTH specification clause 201.By mechanical Means.A. Restoration of rain cuts with soil, moorum, gravel or a mixture of these including all leads and lifts and cost of arrangement of land, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300 mm width, laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250 mm and compacting with plate compactor or power rammer to restore the original alignment levels & slopes complete as per MORTH specification Clause 3002.

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I.not more than 6, including spreading in layers not exceeding 150 mm compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P with all lead (Compacted thickness to be measured).as per MORTH specification table 400-1, 400-2 :For grading-III with CBR value not less than 20.to attain 100% proctor density.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specfic as per table 400-6 to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing roll-ing with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening and binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates watering (with water browser) and rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edegs, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. [MoRTH specfication : Clause 404] ( By manual means).Grading III, 53 mm to 11.2 mm, @ 0.91 cum per 10 Sqm for compacted thickness of 75 mm. Filling pot-holes and patch repairs with open-graded premix surfacing, 20 mm with removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per Clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 511 using bitumen mixed in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH capacity and carriage with all lead, compacting with 8-10 tonne smooth wheel roller, trunming & finishing the surface to form a smooth continous surface, all as per MORTH specification Clause 3004.2

Providing & laying premixed seal coat on patch area comprising of thin application of fine aggregate (0.06 cum/10Sqm) premixed with 6.8 Kg./10 Sqm, binder VG-30 grade in approved hot mix plant and laying & rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne including all lead of mix material.

Painting & printing letters on kilometer stone with first quality synthetic enamel paint as per MoRTH specification clause 800.(B) Old Work: Ordinary Kilometer stone.
