Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of bricks/ concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 including plastered surfaces shall be finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Change

Dismantling of wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets of any description including all snap grids and hanging arrangements complete all as specified.

Providing and Fixing Armstrong Channeled Woodworks perforated panels of width 192 mm, thickness of 15 mm and length 2400 mm, made of Moisture Resistant fibre board with minimum 595 Kg/m³ density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation of 3 mm width and 13 or 21 mm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be “tongue-and-grooved” to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven acoustical fleece having NRC of at least 0.60. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by Armstrong and shall be installed as per manufacturer’s instructions and by their approved installation agency complete all as specified and as directed and as specified in Particular Specifications. Note: The scope of work shall be as per ‘WOOD WORKS PERFORATED WALL PANEL G13’ of Armstrong or equivalent as given in Appx B

S & F 25 mm thick soft fibre acoustic wall panel of size 600 mm X 600 mm having sound absorption (NRC) of at least 0.90, fire performance of Class B-s2, d1 - EN 13501-1:2007, insulation value (R Factor-Watts) of 1.2 m² K/W, weight of 5.2 kg/m² , sag/humidity Resistance of RH99 including fixing with internal impaler hook made of metal including fixing and installation as per manufacturer’s instructions and by their approved installation agency complete all as specified and as directed and as specified in Particular Specifications. Note: The scope of work shall be as per ‘OPTRA ACOUSTICAL WALL PANELS’ of Armstrong or equivalent as given in Appx B. Note- Work involves scaffholding upto top of the auditorium (appx 9 meters) which shall be included in the rate quoted by the bidder in this item and NO extra claim whatsoever shall be raised by the contractor in this regards. Also all necessary safety precautions shall be ensured by the bidder for working at high elevations.

S&F Armstrong Metal Impaler for Optra Wall panel (min of 03 Nos for each panel) etc all as specified and directed and as specified in Particular Specifications. Make- Armstrong or equivalent as given in Appx B

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including any pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M10 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in pole coping or roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting upto a depth of 2.5 cm into concrete walls/brick walls and trimming surface as required, girth exc 30cm with or without reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and providing 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) using water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement for filling depression if any to receive water proofing treatment and providing APP modified bituminous membrane water proofing membrane with polyester reinforcement and plain finish of 4 mm thick (not less than 5 kg/sqm ± 5% per sqm) consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/Sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25OC, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch application method overlap while torching shall be 75 mm on length and 100 mm width side, all angles & sides should sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage all joints including for applying bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.125 Kg / sqm on finished APP surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-charge (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable submain wiring 1.5 sqmm or 2.5 sqmm or 4 sqmm or 6 sqmm or 10 sqmm aluminium/copper conductors any number including batten/conduit/ casing capping including removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Note - Two runs of 6 sqmm cable, one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of casing/capping shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Taking down and refixing maintenance of air conditioner of various capacity and make of Split/windows type and rectifications of defects including necessary dismantling, pumping down if required and taking down for repairing and refixing at site, replacing minor spare parts as required such as wire terminals, soldering/ crimping required at site for proper functioning of the equipment etc complete all as specified and directed.
