Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter without taking off shutters from the frame, size of shutter not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description not exceeding 1 Sqm each etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 4 mm thick of size 600x600mm HSPC (high pressure Steam Cured) pre-Painted self embossed, textured designer board E-Board Classic to be fixed Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. fixed in ceiling flat or Sloping etc including dismantling of old wall and ceiling board fibre, pulp insulation etc or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for second class hardwood as in scantlings clean sawn timber fixed etc including dismanling of old from its position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated section as in aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators including shutters, with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M & L for block boards, 18/19 mm thick, , grade 2 quality, e x t e r i o r grade, , commercial type fixed with screws to timber frame work , for cup board including lipping / beading as required including dismantling of old one from its position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 18/19 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work, for cup board with and including lipping / beading with 6mm thick teak wood as required including dismantling of old one from its position complete all as specified and directed.
