Taking down cement plaster of any desciption from wall (drain) including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work and finished the surface fair and even complete as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/hard standing,Path way all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Providing and laying at or near ground level Pre cast kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for complete removal existing treatment of old concrete Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old external surfaces of walls, Facias, cornices etc and applying two coat of weather proof anti fungal paint (Apex - ultima) on walls over a coat of primer (Selo-Prime or equivalent) all as per manufacturer instruction including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (anti corrosive paint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
