SITC of 2X150 KVA UPS

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 2X150KVA online UPS, 3 Phase input, 3 Phase output, PWM IGBT based online double conversion type, suitable to drive constant current regulators (CCR) with 100% unbalanced load at output at full load conditions meeting the given technical specifications along with the following: (a) Each UPS shall be modular type, Hot Swappable, individual module capacity shall be between 25 KW to 50 KW to meet UPS capaicty of 150KVA and one additional module of same capacity to be provided as stand by. Scope of work also includes synchronization of both the UPS, both UPS will work simultaneously and share load accordingly, incase UPS-I fails UPS-II shall take full load and vice versa. (b) UPS shall have 100% rated static/automatic bypass, maintenance bypass facilities active input power factor correction, phase sequence corrector, pure sine wave output, compatibility of generator supply, cold start capability, EMI/RFI noise filter, advanced communications - RS 232 or equivalent port & user friendly LCD display. (c)UPS to run in load sharing mode, battery management features integrated with main UPS controller, operating condition 415 ±10%, 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply, IP 20 capable of running at 100% load delivering 2 phase/single phase load with 3 phase of output etc. complete as required. d) Battery bank Set for 2X150KVA UPS consisting of 12 Volt SMF batteries with minimum life span of 3 years & sufficient VAH rating for minimum 30 minute backup @load pf of 0.9 @150KVA load for individual UPS i/c suitable rating battery circuit breakers, interconnection between the batteries, cabling by copper conductor between battery bank and UPS, glands & termination along with MS powder coated battery rack etc as per site requirement.

SITC of 250A, 415V TPN Isolator with Enclosure, rotary handle etc complete as required.

Supply of following size XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, stranded copper conductor, un-armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part I), 1988 amended upto date.3.5 C X 120 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing Cable Trench/Pipe as required. Above 95 sq.mm and up to 185 sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5C x 120 sq.mm

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

SH - II: AICMC of UPS for 5 years after DLP of 2 years All inclusive periodic comprehensive maintenance of complete 2 Nos. 150 KVA UPS with rack, incoming & outgoing control cables i/c quarterly visit, battery bank health checkup, attending complaints/ faults/ breakdowns/ and taking necessary rectification action to ensure serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system on all days including Sundays and holidays. Quarterly maintenance/Breakdown maintenance to be attended by agency and nothing shall be paid during DLP period.

1st Year (5% on total amount of Item No.1)

2nd Year (6% increase on 1st year CAMC charges)

3rd Year (6% increase on 2nd year CAMC charges)

4th Year (6% increase on 3rd year CAMC charges)

5th Year ((6% increase on 4th year CAMC charges)
