Existing Fencing item dismantling Dismantling chain link fencing including removing the posts, cement concrete fedestals, foundation and stacking the useful materials safely at a distance to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineerin-charge.

Re-fixing dismantled PVC-coated G.I. chain link fencing fabric (4mm core dia, 5mm finished dia, 50x50mm mesh) including the repair and re-installation of the MS framework and MS posts (dismantled). Work includes stretching, aligning, and securing the fabric to the framework using 2mm G.I. binding wire or galvanized nuts, bolts, and washers as required. Rate includes all necessary welding, mechanical fastening,foundation earth work, foundation concrete, back filling of pit by manual means with all lifts and lead, and labor to ensure proper tension and stability as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

New Fencing item (chain link fencing mesh item) Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts,bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade)

New Fencing item (All Steel sections) and Grill drain MS flat Item. Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primingcoat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made precast M -30grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 &IS 15658 for Cycle Tracks & Pedestrian Footpaths of approved shape and colour, laid in required pattern and including over 30mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge(WMM/WBM Base to be paid separately if necessary as per relevant technical specification)

Providing and laying 100mm thick factory made precast M -40 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 & IS 15658 for Commercial Traffic Axle load repetitions more than 20MSA upto 50MSA & for Arterial streets of approved shape and colour, laid inrequired pattern and including over 40mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(WMM/WBM Base , DLC to be paid separately as per relevant technical specification)

Providing Water based glossy paint (Green certified product) to Kerb Stones as per IS 164:2015 technical specifications including cleaning & surface preparation.
