Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out cables/laying of cables etc and getting out in hard / dense soil carefully all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - charge. Note : Cable protection coversto be kept a side properly for reuse while relaying of UG cables.

Returning and filling in, soils, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, making good disturbed surfaces, all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

De-hydration and filtration of transformer oil of various type / size through on load mobile stream line or high vacuum oil filtration plant by using required necessary tools & plants and carrying out filtration of oil for desired electric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap test complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note : For top up, oil up to conservator recommended mark shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after.

Material and labour, for topping up or replacement of unserviceable transformer oil for transformers / HT switch gear of different capacities and at various locations as per site conditions, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting the HT & LT supply from Transformer, removing top cover, cleaning / flushing the core assembly by applying new oil through filtration plant, checking for loose connections of tap changer point, Connecting terminals and oil leakages at all joints, replacing of gaskets, oil seal HT & LT Insulator bushings, HT terminal studs, acrylic sheet indicator along with rubber gasket after checking the Insulation Resistance of HT to earth and LT to earth using 1000V megger, reconnect HT & LT Supply line and commissioning in all respects complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge for the following transformers :- Note - Spares such as HT / LT insulator, bush, terminal, brass studs and gasket shall be measured & paid separately as supply only under relevant items. Labour element for replacing parts shall be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply and fixing in repairs, oil temperature gauge suitable for up to 1000 KVA transformer, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs, gun metal, gate valve, ISI marked with iron wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipe or for socket or union for 25 mm dia complete suitable for various capacities transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Supply and fixing in repairs, explosion vent diaphragm of suitable size as per site requirements complete all as specified and approved by Engineer-in-Charge..

Material and Labour for disconnecting the HT/LT connections from old transformer carefully, checking and dismantling from plinth / foundation, removing from connected position and transporting to workshop with necessary tools & plants, vehicle, opening of transformer, checking winding carefully, rewinding / reinsulating etc as per requirements, transporting back to site testing and commissioning in the original location or other location with existing load all as per site requirements of transformer up to 750 KVA Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rewinding charges shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Taking out burnt primary winding in all respects, checking, dismantling carefully, rewinding with the same enameled copper winding wire properly along with provn of new best quality insulation material and varnishing heating properly complete of transformer capacity up to 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : The quoted rate is inclusive for all works as required on the site for lifting transformer core and placing core assembly carefully, re-connecting, testing and commissioning transformer.

Disconnecting, taking down / up existing HT UG Cable, Supply, laying, testing 11000 V Grade, XLPE insulated, screen, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, cross sectional area 185 sq.mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Disconnecting, taking down / up existing HT UG Cable, Supply, laying, testing 11000 V Grade, XLPE insulated, screen, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, cross sectional area 120 sq.mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Disconnecting, taking down / up existing HT UG Cable, relaying of XLPE insulated HT heavy duty aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 120 sq mm to 185 sq mm, complete all as per site requirement and directed by Engineer - in - charge. Note for Serial Item No 25 to 27 : Excavation & earthwork, cable protection works will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Cutting of bituminous road / floor for taking up existing cable / laying of new cable /relaying of U/G cables / GI Pipe / making good duct etc not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for refilling / with material and, watering well ramming / compacting and making good with Plain cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : PCC 1:3:6 shall be measured and paid under the respective item of the work.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for filling in floors or ducts or road cutting, etc finishing surfaces fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Screening excavated earth (passing through 12 mm square mesh), laying riddled earth in trenches for cable protection, under and above Cable all as specified in SSR Part - I (Clause No 19.75) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of riddled earth of 18 cm will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying factory made, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, confirms to IS specifications, class HV, type 1, Flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Relaying of serviceable cable covers obtained form excavation in trenches for laying cables here-in-before, in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and spreading river sand in filling of cable ducts near panel in the sub stations etc complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay, galvanized iron tubing, light grade, 100 mm dia as in trenches / near panel /on wall using GI bend, other fittings etc for protection of cables, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Servicing, overhauling HT RMU 400 Amps of any make / type, 11 KV (02 Nos incoming and 01 No out going) for checking door lock system, mechanical and electrical interlocking system, complete wiring checking and carrying out earth resistance testing and writing on earth pit the ohmic valves, tightening the all the mechanical and electrical joints , writing with paint the feeder name, MES / SM NO and checking the functionality in position after servicing complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No. 47 to 51 : - All minor Spares other than that catered for here-in-after as supply and fixing, shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Calibration and testing of tripping system of HT 11 KV panel by injecting fault current on primary side of CT/PT, setting the OL/inverse time /Earth fault level and ensure that HT breaker tripping system functioning properly as per relay setting and submit calibration test certificate duly signed by contractor complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Checking, servicing, overhauling, repairing of potential transformer (PT) 11 KV/110 V of any type including carrying out the following works and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (i) Removing the PT from the HT switch gear (ii) Drain out the old oil, cleaning the tank and top up new oil (iii) Cleaning the fixed and moving contacts assemblies (iv) Check the alignment of contacts and reassembling the oil tank and fix PT in original position (v) Checking IR value of PT primary and secondary windings (vi) Replacement of screws, nuts, bolts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Material and labour for writing letters size of letter upto 2" using exterior enamel paint water proof as under mentioned sizes on existing LT Indoor panels / Outdoor feeder boxes located at various places based on present Incoming and Out going cable area connections duly checked by firm electricians on the ground etc in and including cleaning and preparing surfaces in all respect as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolishing old earthing pit, and providing new earthing pit at new location with material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanized Iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to GI earth strip of 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 50 mm bore (light grade) connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering funnel wire mesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1 , manhole cover with RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways for cover and MS frame etc., and achieve resistance below 2 Ohm complete all as specified and as directed NOTES :- (i) The quoted rate deemed to include earth strip and protection pipe up to 7.5 metre from earth plate / earth point/test point.
