Deep Drilling, Development and Stabilization of 200 mm dia. tube well using ODEX method of drilling along with Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Submersible Pump set at Village Ranjhri near Sahib Bandagi Ashram at Pyt. Bagla Raya

Setting up of the drilling site by shifting the requisite machinery and allied materials, including making temporary approach arrangements as required at the site.

Drilling of 200 mm dia. tube well using ODEX method of drilling and simultaneous driving of 200 mm dia ERW casing pipe after providing and fixing MS casing drive shoe with the first casing pipe, complete as per IS 2800 (Part 1). The job includes labour charges, hire charges, running charges, and operation of all necessary equipment, tools, and machinery required for proper execution and completion of the work as per specifications.

Providing, fabricating, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore hole ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) 200 mm dia. × 7.1 mm thick liner assembly (Blind) FE 410 beveled-ended M.S. casing pipe, conforming to IS 4270:2001 (for tube wells), of reputed and approved make, including painting of inside and outside surfaces with two coats of approved anti-corrosive paint. The rate shall include cost of material including handling, loading, unloading, transportation up to the tube well site, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost also includes third-party inspection of M.S. casing pipe from a Government approved/designated agency if any.

Development and stabilization of the tube well shall be carried out in accordance with IS 11189. The work includes deployment of an air compressor of the required capacity. The compressor shall be operated for the required duration until sand-free potable water is obtained from the tube well, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Stabilization and yield testing of the tube well shall be carried out using a Submersible Pump / Vertical Turbine (VT) Pump of adequate capacity, as per specifications, until the yield and drawdown of the tube well are ascertained and sand-free clear water with optimum discharge at the appropriate head is achieved.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set of suitable capacity as per the available discharge and head of the tube well, coupled with 3-phase, induction motor conforming to relevant/latest IS specifications. The Job includes providing, fabricating and fitting of G.I. flanged column pipes (3.0 m length each) of suitable diameter as per discharge requirement, lowering of submersible pump set with G.I. riser/column pipes and copper submersible cable into the tube well with the help of chain pulley block and other required tools and tackles, up to the required depth as per the available head. The job further includes providing, fabricating and installing 3-phase starter-cum-control panel of required rating, suitable for protection against over-current, short-circuit, single phasing, dry run and over/under voltage conditions, housed in weather-proof sheet steel enclosure suitable for outdoor installation. Providing and laying of submersible copper cable of required size and length from control panel to submersible motor, and providing and laying of 3½ core aluminum armored cable of required size and length from automatic voltage stabilizer to main power connection. The rate shall include cost of all materials, labour, carriage, loading, unloading, tools and tackles, and any other incidental items required for satisfactory completion and commissioning of the pump set, complete in all respects.

Installation of Plaque (Metal Fabricated) of suitable size carrying the inscription 'Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme Work' indicating the cost involved, the commencement, completion and inauguration date and the name of MP sponsoring the project which should be erected near the hand pump.
