Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr. above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rolling and consolidation of formation surfaces with power roller exc 8 tone n. exc 12 tone, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

200mm thick (Spread thickness ) soling with broken boulders (size 100 to 50mm) or quarried stone spread and leveled interstice filled, surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 tone power roller required gradient or camber, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

150mm thick consolidated thickness WBM with course stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mmsize) of granite trap or basalt spread, watered and rolled with 8 to 12 tone power roller for required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 at the rate of 10Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in solid blocks (Kerb stone) exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder ( use of binder as bitumen of grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix, by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required smooth surface, camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4(150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines,stop lines,dashes arrows etc and the like n exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 including reflectorising glass beads,with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
