Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) typeD-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass filling and foundation complete, all as specified and as directed

RCC M-30 (design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams , bases for column etc basement slab, under reamed pile and mass concrete like complete all as specified and as directed .

RCC M-30 (design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in wall ,retaining wall,basement wall, ballast wall and the like ,any thickness above top of footing including attached pilaster and buttressese etc complete all as specified and as directed

RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bassummers complete all as specified and as directed.

RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs, supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed .

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footing,bases of column raft and raft beam side and soffit of foundation and plinth beams and similar work verticle or to better similar work, for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work, for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thickness, for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed .

Use and waste of form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam hunching, girders, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 metre span, cantilevers, shelves including supports, for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed .

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work as in grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, framework of water tank and similar works conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting to new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces, priming with red oxide zinc chrome primer (one coat) and finishing with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil/ material/surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, on cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed ( Note :- Supply only of integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule).

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply ,connect,testing and commissioning energy efficient Monoblock pump set ,electric driven 230 V SP of capacity not less than 1HP discharge SUCx DEL , 25 x25 with head range 9-14 m and discharge range 90-50 LPH including complete PCC foundation nut bolt shed for monoblock pump complete all as specified and as directed.Make -Kirloskar,CG or equivalent

DOL starter for not less than 1 HP single phase 230 volt AC complete all as specified and as directed.Make -L&T,CG or equivalent

50 mm bore tubes, medium grade, galvanized with and including all fittings laid in trenches/wall /floor etc complete all as specified and as directed .

25 mm bore tubes, medium grade, galvanized with and including all fittings laid in trenches/wall /floor etc complete all as specified and as directed .

50 mm dia Gun metal globe/ gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes including all fitting/ fixtures like nipple, union complete all as specified and as directed .

25 mm dia Gun metal globe/ gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes including all fitting/ fixtures like nipple, union complete all as specified and as directed .
