SPECIAL REPAIRS TO BLDG NO T-91A OF XXXXX AT ZAKHAMA MILITARY STATION UNDER AGE (I) ZAKHAMA

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Reinforced) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type 1:1.5:3, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc including formwork, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Reinforement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cutting, bending cranking, hooking end and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed light coloured/printed ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc., removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and including screed bed or bedding layers in 20mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of stone slab, complete all as specified and as directed.
