Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 lts not exc 1000 ltrs , setting aside (orlowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting and reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of existing Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid bedded and pointed in mortar complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B -1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agregate) as in roof, brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified & directed

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on ceiling surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 to be finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed

M&L 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane with mineral granules on top surface weighining not less than 3kg/sqm reinforced with polymer non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over a coat of bitumineous primer @0.30 litre/sqm and one coat of 85/25 bitumen @ 1.2 kg/sqm with a overlap of 100mm at the sides and 150mm at the ends using butane torch sealing all joints and applying two coat of aluminium paint over it complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Notes- 1. The Work Shall be executed through authorized applicator of manufacturer. 2. Authorized applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. 3. All material shall be procured directly. 4. Guarantee: The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water proofing treatment for a period of ten years in favour of the GE. A sum equivalent to 2.5% (Two point Five Percent) of the cost of item shall be retained by the Govt from the contractor’s dues as security deposit. The contractor may, however, furnish a fixed deposit receipt in lieu from a Schedule bank pledged in favour of Garrison Engineer.

M&L for Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces complete all as specified & directed

M&L Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with CM 1:3 complete all as specified & directed

S & F for Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface up to 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting up to 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified.

Dismantling/ taking out of existing roof tretment with APP membrane of any thickness including taking out existing sreed bed and and Cleaning of the surface to remove all lose particles, debris etc. using high pressure waterjet, all necessary arrangements complete all as specified & directed

M&L 7 Layer waterproofing on surface via Nano Technology, Surface preparation by grinding and other methods, open all construction joints by chipping and repairing the cracks using Cladofix. Applying 2 layers of Smart CCP mix (Cement:CCP:Water::1:1:0.2) to fill all the micro pores in the surface to avoid any leakage and fill further cracks using caladofix waterproofing chemical. Apply third coat of CCP along with non woven fibre 60 gsm to give the requisite strength. Apply 2 coats of smart Polytmembrane Real roof coat and finish with two coats of Nano Top Coat. Make :- Clado Fix/Smart CPP/Calado Fix, Smart polymerbrance Real roof coat and Nano top coat of Nushar India or equivalent products of STP/Thermax/Sika as approved by GE. Note : 1.The application shall be executed on any type of surface and on horizontal/Vertical areas. 2. The Work Shall be executed through authorized applicator of manufacturer. 3. M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerb, mud stops, platform for OHT, benching, coping etc., and similar type of works, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles including demolition of existing PCC of any type complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundations etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes, drain etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning & filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified & directed

M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces in any position etc, complete all as specified & directed

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in brenching for manholes, bands, coping, bed plate etc with slightly chamfered or rounded angles including necessary from work, if any, and finishing exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work inlcuding border of different color as approved by GE( table rubbed and polished) in floors and like in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including rounding to edge of granite as per required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep Iin hard and dense soil and getting out compelte all as speicified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand complete all as specified and directed

S&F DWCPE (SN8) nominal size 150 mm (internal dia) mm including all fixing accessories or fittings like socket/spigot joint with elastomeric sealing ring, rubber ring, SILAID rubber lubricants required for laying of pipes, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Ty C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 150mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in complete all as specified & directed

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified & directed

S&F sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm FRLS single core PVC insulated & unsheathed cabl, 1100 Volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including 20 mm dia PVC rigid non metallic conduit medium grade as per IS with all fittings and one run of 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor and making good in CM 1:3 to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (Two run of cable along with earth conductor including PVC rigid conduit shall be measured as one RM length).

S&F sub main wiring with 2 runs of 16 Sqmm FR single core PVC insulated & unsheathed cabl, 1100 Volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including 25 mm dia PVC rigid non metallic conduit medium grade as per IS with all fittings and one run of 16 Sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor and making good in CM 1:3 to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (Two run of cable along with earth conductor including PVC rigid conduit shall be measured as one RM length).
