Tack Coat for BC Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared Bituminous /granular Surface cleaned with mechanical broom( including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (i) Normal bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm

Bituminuous Macadam '(Bituminous Macadam - 50 mm thickness for pot Hole Filling) 'Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 THP hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premix with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled asper Clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction. (Including carriage upto initial lead of 5km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials upto 10km initial lead from mixing plant)- '(ii) For Grading II material (19 mm nominal size)

Bitumen Concrete Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Case-(i) for Grading -II (10 mm nominal size)

Brick work in Cement mortar with 1st Class brick including racking out joints and curing complete in super-structure above plinth level upto 1st floor level including dewatering if necessary as directed. '(a) In proportion 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand)

10 mm thick Cement Plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering upto 1st floor level including arises or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (a) In cement mortar 1:3

Maintenance of earth shoulder (Stripping excess soil) Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achive the approval level and compacting with plate compactor.

Hill side Drain Clearence Removal of earth from the chocked hill side drain and disposing it on the valley side manually.

Land slide clearance in soil Clearance in landslide clearance in soil & ordinary rock by a bull dozed D 80 A-12, 180 HP & disposal of the same on the valley side

Road Marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with reflectorizing glass bends on bituminous surface: Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @2.50 gms per sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes.

Road Delinators 'Supplying and Installation of Delinators (Roadway Indicators, hazard markers) 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips fitted with 75 mm diameter circular reflectorised panels at top.

Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs 'Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC-67 'II) 60 cm equilateral triangle

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/ base course on well-prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Furnishing & placing of reinforced cement concrete in superstructure.

Filling of Pot Holes & Patch Repair with close graded Premix surfacing, 20 mm Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides & base of excavation as per Cl. 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per cl 511, compacting, trimming & finishing the surface to form a smooth continous surface, all as per cl 3004.2
