Construction of Retaining wall at GPS kanchela Block Tissa Distt Chamba under PDNA 2023

Cutting in earth work in all heights/depths in all kinds of soil such as kankar, moorum, single and decomposed or soft rock, hard rock i.e. their intermediate classifications and chiselling/wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibited including saturated soils & filling embankments etc.where necessary & disposal of exacavated unserviceable material in all leads and lifts including through mechnically transporation, the disposal of unserviceable material will be done on aproved dumping site. Any damage to the private/public property during execution will be restored by the contractor what so ever the nature of the same may be. The serviceable material will be stacked in specified dimensions in all leads & lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, with in a lead of 50 m. as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. (a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to all level, including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
