Dismantling the submersible pump motor set parts by parts for repairing purpose as directed

Repairing the pump set by replacing the fast moving spares e.g. impeller, diffuser ring, coupling, bush whichever is necessary to complete the job as directed

Reassembling the pump set parts by parts which has been incorporated in item no.3 as directed

Carrying & installation of 10 KVA/ 15 KVA gen set at different tube wells of mela ground by supplying required materials as per direction of EIC.

Running & maintenance of different capacity engine driven generator set at different Tube wells & ground reservoir [tank no.1 & 2] by supply of fuel, lubricant, sundries and skilled personnel including supplying of mobil and lubricants during running period as necessary as per direction of EIC for running Submersible pump set up to the end of Mela.

Running different capacity submersible pump sets at different tube well by supplying skilled operating staff as per direction of EIC for filling water to Tank No. 1, 2 & 3 and filling the reservoir as well as boosting during the Mela period. [Kali Mandir, Electric camp, Road No.1, Contractor camp, Tank No.2, Road No.3, Road No.3A, Road No.4, Road No.5(Sea side), Road No.5 (Latrine), D.M. Compound, Back side of Urmimukhar, Helipad, Forest, Jora Tank, Medical, Bus stand, Costal Thana & Road No.6]

Temporary fixing of departmentally supplied Al. Ar. cable along the lenth of O.H. pole by MS pole clamps fabricated from 25 mm x 6 mm MS flat incl. painting [MS pole clamp will be supplied departmentally] and dismantling and storage of all materials as per direction after completion of mela

Carrying charges of PDB cum changeover panel, centifugal pump motor set, valve, M.S pipes, CI duck foot bends, fittings specials, Flanges, nipple, blank flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc, suction hose with its accessories, pressure gauge, copper cable etc. from departmental store at Ganga Sagr to work site. [for Pond No.1, 2 & 3]

Installation of the PDB cum changeover panel, centifugal pump motor set on the foundation and fitting fixing of of all items as mentioned in Sl. No.5 with supply of necessary minor items if required for installation of pumping machinery, including cable termination with supply of brass compensation glands and other accessories for LT cables earthing as per IE Rules and up to the entire satisfaction of EIC. Rate includes hire charges of generator, welding sets, fuels lubricants etc. for completion of work.

Painting of the delivery line, common header line and all the valves and specials by two coats of paint over two coats of primer as per approved brand and shade and as per direction of EIC.

Withdrawing the generating set from the existing position where installed for water supply after mela including storage to departmental Store at Ganga Sagar as per direction of E.I.C.

Carrying of 18 Nos. departmental power distribution panel board, cable from store to different tube well site and return to store including storage after mela as per direction of EIC.

Installation of power distribution panel boards for power supply to pumping machinery including electrical inter connection from departmental Panel Board to pump motor, chlorine machine etc. before 01.01.2025 including proper earthing arrangement complete as per direction of EIC.

Running of centrifugal pump motor sets at pond by engaging skilled operating staff as per direction of EIC for water supply during the Mela period as per direction

Supply and delivery of the following materials: -

Bleaching powder having 35% free chlorine as per I.S.S. 25 Kgs. In each bag (make: DCM/ Kanoria/ any other approved make) for tank No. 1,2 & 3)

Chlorinating arrangement of reservoir No.1, 2 & 3 time to time with the help of above materials in Sl. No. 29 ,30 & rope and bags per direction of E.I.C.

Dismantling of the pump motor set, suction pipe with its accessories, delivery pipe line, panel board etc. after disconnection of power line after completion of mela and storage at same at deparmental store as per direction
