S&F Factory made single extruded Prelaminated all sides of WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Clerestory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x100 mm Single rebate comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made Make : ECHON/ Sintex/ Rajshree/ Navaratan

S&F 30 mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type moulded door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately

All as per here and before item no-05 but solid decorative type glazed/skolton door shutter of size 30mm thick

M&L for black Granite (of any type) 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters and refixing the frames and sliding type/openable shutters in same opening , fixing of new wire mesh /glass complete all as specified. Note: wire mesh / Glass measured separately.

S&F powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters (50 micron minimum thickness for powder coating), side hung type without sash bars aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg /m including necessary joining cleats , glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (01Nos), hinges type B-21 100mm long (02 Nos), suitable handle (01 Nos etc. complete all as specified
