Dewatering the left over water from existing old sewage water storage tank of existing storage capacity , having round shape bottom plan size 5 meter and depth 9 meter, desalting, sludge, silt, all accumulate material with mud and sewage sludge from the bottom and sides and removing and cleaning, desalting, sludge, silt, all accumulate material with mud and sewage sludge from the bottom and sides from the outer perimeter of tank and depositing/spreading where directed by Engr-in-charge including preparation of surface by wire brushing and washing the surface with 2% potassium permanganate solution for disinfection and applying one coat of white wash including removal of roots and uprooting of grass etc. all around up to 3 meter from plinth of old sewage tank, and removing mud and sludge out from area of sewage treatment plant ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of size 100 mm bore with connected valves, including internal cleaning of pipe and connected valves and removing from sludge and mud deposited inside the pipe and cleaning pipe internally with clean water pressure and refixing of pipes with suitable nuts and bolts as existing location complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of size 150 mm bore with connected valves, including internal cleaning of pipe and connected valves and removing from sludge and mud deposited inside the pipe and cleaning pipe internally with clean water pressure and refixing of pipes with suitable nuts and bolts as existing location complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing and repair /maint of RO Plant of capacity 11000 Ltrs/hrs including replacement of all bag filters ,catridge filter,backwash of membrane (including chemical ) ,tightening of all bends and coupling of PVC Pipe ,checking of electrical and control wiring etc including testing of water from authorised lab after every service to check the desired value of drinking water ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- Spare parts suitable for existing plant required to be replaced shall be separately under respective items .

M&L for mild steel work for pulley structure suitable iron size including cutting, bending to shape, welding drilling holes, jointing by nuts, bolts, washers etc using MS chanel, equal angle, flat iron, sheet steel etc including two coat of painting over a coat of red oxide primer paint, including taking down old u/s mild steel work all as directed by Engr in Charge.

S & F sheet metal work made out of galvanised MS sheet 22 Gauge for cover shed for motors of any capacity including dismantling and refixing of the accessories in the new unit including taking down old u/s mild steel sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling Bio pac MBBR media cylindrical shape with external fins with 15 mm height and 22 mm diameter ,black colour and effective surface area of media 400 m2/m3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Testing and checking to maintain clear treated water from sewage treatment plant with the effluent quality as below :- (a) BOD < 10 mg/ ltr (b) COD - 150 mg/ ltr (c) DO - 20 mg/ ltr or more (d) TSS < 10 mg/ ltr (e) PH - 6.5-8.5 (f) Oil and Grease < 10 mg/ ltr (g) Coliform < 100 MPN/ 100 ml (h) Res Chlorine < 1 mg/ ltr (i) Testing from NABL certified laboratories fortnightly to be carried out for item (a) to (g) above and proper record to be maintined. (ii) Residual Chlorine test to be carried out daily as per item No (h) above and proper record will be maintained. The testing record to be shown to JE concerned daily and weekly to Engr-in-Charge. Note : Rate quoted by the tenderer also includes the following (a) Cost of testing and maintaining record. (b) Cost of chlorination to achieve specified residual chlorine contents.
