Carrying out maintenance of entire sewage system of MO (MB) Ghatkoper area by Cleaning/clearing/ blocked sewage lines not exc. 150mm, 200mm & 300mm and removal of foreign material from inside the,floor trap Nahani trap, Gully trap and drainage pipe,& re-fixing manhole covers without damaging etc, including clearing spot blockages (PVC/ SGSW/RCC hume pipe ) any depth by rodding manually incl pumping out sludge, water from trap etc including providing trolley mounted pump set with suction pipe of adequate length and minimum 60 metre delivery pipe etc, daily at 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs incl disposal of debris, spoils and sludge hygienically complete all as specified and directed. by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Sludge/de-composed materials obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land by mechnical sewage cleaning tankers. (b) Rate inclusive of clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings shurbs and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth upto 3 mtrs alround the septic tank/main holes and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the area. (c) One safaiwala and one mazdoor shall be detailed daily for MO (MB) Ghatkoper area for the purpose of rendering the entire sewage system functional through out the contract period. In case of failure compensation will be recovered as specified in respective PS Clause. (d) In case of blockage of sewage system the complaint shall be rectified within three hours from the time of intimation. (e) The rates quoted shall be deemed for attending day to day complaint basis and make functional the entire sewage system for the period of one month at MO (MB) Ghatkoper area. (f) The contractor/ his authorise supervisor of the work will report daily at complaint cell MO (MB) Ghatkoper area at 0830 Hours to receive day to day complaints.. (g). Recovery (Penalty) for not attending complaint beyond 24 hours shall be Rs 200.00 per complaint per day delayed.)

However cleaning of manholes shall be measured separately under appropriat item .)

Pumping out of liquid sludge etc, from septic tank/soak well/ manhole any depth complete all as specified and directed.Note- The unit rate quoted under this item shall deemed to include the arrangements of Sewage pump and delivery pipe minimum 60 mtr length and all necessary T&P with man and material and safety equipment etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Cleaning of PVC Water tank at any height ( on accessible/inaccessible on roofs) of any capacity by removing all scale, dirt, mud ,any foreign material and removing accumulated silt, other dirty substance,algae, fungus and other bacterial material from sides/bottom of tank cleaning shall be done by draining / pumping out water/sludges from bottom removing edge and another growth from wall / floor / roof by high pressure cleaning method with jet set and again cleaning the tank with fresh water .Disinfecting by using UV radiator and approved chemical ( chloriten) After cleaning writing letter/ figures on black ground with white enamel paint of any capacity cleaning of PVC every six months:- (i) Date of cleaning. (ii) Next due date of cleaning. (iii) Remove of the existing lettering / figures completely.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 40,295.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts.
