Wall painting two coats to walls with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work one coat to give an even shade including cost of paint per 1 sqm. etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Ref. P-99, item-20 of A/R- 06). Data 10 sqm---Ground Floor
