DAY-TO-DAY MAINTENANCE AND ATTENDING ONLINE COMPLAINTS FOR B/R ASSETS AT RASHI AREA AND RS COLABA UNDER AGE B/R-II, GE (NW) NAVY NAGAR

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and including removal of all resulting rubbish and debris off MD premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and fixing GI wire chicken mesh, 22 SWG, 25 mm × 25 mm aperture, fixed with nails or approved fasteners at RCC and brick masonry junctions, walls and ceilings for plaster dubbing to prevent cracking, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceilling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall by brooming down or cleaning and applying two coats of oil-emulsion distemper, white or tinted, over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint over and including a 3 mm thick wall care putty , finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for easing of door/window shutters of any size, including adjustment of hinges, tower bolts, sliding bolts and other fittings, tightening/repositioning of hinges, adjustment of shutters for smooth operation, refixing of loose wire mesh with suitable beads, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repairs existing sliding door bolts, tower bolts, handles, floor door stoppers, helical door springs, hinges, hasp and staple, wooden pelmet boxes and drapery rods of any size and material, including screws, nails, nuts, bolts and other incidental fasteners, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for minor repairs and servicing of aluminium windows, including adjustment of shutters, fixing/replacement of loose beads, screws, nuts, rubber packing/gaskets and other necessary accessories for proper alignment and smooth operation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for petty repairs to leaking pillar taps, stop cocks, PVC connections, bottle traps and low-level flushing cisterns, including providing and replacing rubber washers, check nuts, plungers, PTFE tape, M-seal, brass spindles (as required), GI/Brass/CPVC fittings, white cement, silicone sealant and other minor accessories required to arrest leakage and restore smooth functioning, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
