Rubber Floor Tile-classic(V Groove) of thickness-25 mm be laid on average 30 mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc.

Sculpture in Garden (Set of 2) Pole in Cast iron of approximate height 3 mtrs, design as per architectural design and details.The pole shall be made of Cast Iron as per IS 210:1993, precision machining and filling job to achieve good finish and a fine coat of primer on each element before assembling. After assembling of each element one coat of primer and two coats of P.U. paint are applied. Approved coloured UV resist coating of mat/ glossy/ metallic finish followed after air drying of pole.

Glass mosaic tiles of thickness 10 mm, size 300mm X 300mm, glossy finished laid on bed on neat cement slury finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4) of ceramic material as per architectural design and drawing.

Operation & Maintenance of 3 Years. for Maintaining Garden, Watering & Trimmimg in Park, Hedge/lawn cutting work, Seasonal flowering plants, Cleaning, Supply of Organic Manure, Fertilizer, watch & ward of park & electric operation work and other related work. Note: Payment Shall be made for operation & maintenance as follows. 30% of quoted amount will be released after successfull completion of 1st year maintenance period. 30% of quoted amount will be released after successfull completion of 2nd year maintenance period. 40% of of quoted amount will be released after successfull completion of 3rd year maintenance period.
