(ii)The contractor shall arrange for artificial load (water load/Electrical load) for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. (iii) Testing of sound level should carried out at the site in presence of Engineer-in-Charge(iv) One set of latest Spare part catalogue with price, exploded view of parts and user's manual are deemed to be included in the offer. (v)All civil works including foundation for DG Set as per manufacturer's drawing/ specification, foundation for AMF panel . (vi)The rate quoted is deemed to be included for initial filling of radiator coolant and lubricating oil upto level

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning LT Cable XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip armoured, 1100 volts grade, multistranded aluminium conductor cable of cross sectional area 240 sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS:7098 Part-I with latest amendments upto date and making cable connections by providing suitable aluminium lugs with proper crimping and steel glands and laid in trenches / ducts / floors / roofs or through pipes with saddles and fixing screws etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. (Excavation, Concrete cable protection cover and Clear Sand for cushioning will be measured and paid separately).

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable/errection of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft/ disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 heavy duty 110/95 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix or laying in trenches/on wall/poles/structures as in repairs GI tubing light grade 100mm dia for road crossing/for cable protection/fixing of pigmi lights etc,of the following sizes including necessary provision for cable entry if required in pigmi lights pole, fixing screws complete as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts / bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and as directed.
