Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area beyond 3 sq. metres

Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitrious China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing of 12 mm cement plaster of mix in all surface with (a) cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) at all levels.

Providing and Applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved brand and shade over and including one coat of primer, including preparation of surface etc.,complete as directed.& with plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hard copper REFRIGERANT PIPING of various sizes with necessary supports, fittings, interconnecting the liquid and suction lines between the AHU and the outdoor unit. The piping shall be carried out of Hard drawn copper pipes of type 'K with soldered / brazed socket fittings. Isolating valves shall be provided to isolate each compressor, strainers, sight glass and any other component requiring proper operation and maintenance. The suction line shall be insulated with 19mm thick closed cell insulation for above 25mm dia, 13mm thick for pipes below 25mm dia & exposed piping shall be covered with treated woven glass fibre reinforced covering and further finished with 24G Aluminium cladding as per the specifications and approved drawings.
