Fixing tiles in daddos, skatting & risers of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing & polishing etc complete.

Finishing wall surface of walls with cement based wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete.

Priming 1 coat with wall cement primer (water bound)

Wall painting two coats with weather coat paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade inculding cost of paint.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade exculding cost of paint.

20 mm dia PVC Pipe

Cutting holes in RCC floors & roof upto 19cm thick for passing GI/PVC pipe & fittings etc and mending good the damages after insertion of pipes etc with C.C. (1:2:4) including finishing so as to make it leak proof.

Supplying all labour T&P for fixing of PVC Tank including cutting holes through the tank & fixing mild steel tubes and fittings and providing extra sockets & jam nuts,fixing ball valves including hoisting up to a height of 5.00mtr above GL and placing the tank to reqd. position all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing RCC Ring having 1.20 m dia, 0.04m and 0.30m ht. with transportation, handling, hole or cut for connection with drains/trench/pipe, etc., all complete.

Cost of 40mm size CBHG metal including labour for fillinh the trench/well with cost conveyance royality etc.

Cost of 12mm size CBHG chips including labour for filling the trench/well with cost conveyance royality etc.

Sinking of 125mm x 100mm size Tube well (01 Nos) with all fitting & fixing complete.

Provision for photographs, display board etc.
