Converting retrieved damaged long rail into one short rails & one leg from each long rail and making thread as per drg and replacing the unserviceable short rail/leg with converted rail/leg of Charpoy GI Pipe including supply & fixing MS clamp for MNF Set and welding 3mm thick MS plain black sheet, 40mm dia round shape of suitable size to 32mm bore at the bottom of leg as specified and shown on drg. Converting legs of charpoy GI pipe from retrieved damaged short rail (one from each short rail) and making thread as per drg and replacing the unserviceable legs with converted serviceable leg of Charpoy GI Pipe including supply & fixing MS clamp for MNF Set and welding 3mm thick MS plain black sheet, 40mm dia round shape of suitable size to 32mm bore at the bottom of leg complete as specified and shown on drg. Removing existing unserviceable 32 mm dia 3 way elbow of charpoy GI Pipe and supply and fixing only new 32 mm 3 way elbows ISI marked to GI charpoy complete as specified and shown on drg. (Danapur qty-298 & Muzaffarpur qty-15)

Removing existing unserviceable check nut 32mm dia GI from charpoy GI Pipe and supply and fixing only new check nut 32mm GI ISI marked in position complete as specified and shown on drg. (Danapur qty-170 & Muzaffarpur qty-15)

Removing of old unserviceable stiffner and S&F new stiffner made of 35x5mm flat iron 900mm long made to shape shall be welded in frame for fixing of plywood shall be provided as per sample and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Danapur qty-341 & Muzaffarpur qty-15)

DANAPUR SCHEDULE:- Charpoy Bunk bed

Taking out old unserviceable broken ply of charpoy bunk bed supply & fixing with 12mm thick commercial ISI marked ply wood with 10 Nos of nut and bolt with washer over Charpoy all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ALMIRAH STEEL LARGE 1/2 H 1/2 SH WITH 1/2 SIDE MIRROR

Taking out unserviceable broken leg from almirah steel large and supply & fixing new leg made out of plain back iron sheet 1mm thick of suitable size and welded including applying two coats of spray paints with olive green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as shown on drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable lock without damaging the adjacent parts of almirah and supply & fixing new MS lock Godrej/link (Including duplicate keys of stainless steel of size 65mm to Almirah large steel complete all as shown on drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable handles without damaging the adjacent parts of almirah and supply & fixing new steel chromium plated handles 150 mm long of approved quality complete all as shown on drawing.

Supply and fixing steel almirahlocking arrangementand locking bar8mm dia with cover (for locking system) made out of 1mm thick MS sheet to required size and shape as per drg suitable for three way locking device and fixed with suitable size of MS screws including applying two coats of spray paints with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as shown on drawing.

Dismantling carefully and taking out old unserviciable/damaged shelf of almirah large steel and supply & fixed of new shelf made out of MS sheet 1mm thick band to required shape & size and welding the same properly in position including applying two coats of spray paints with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer and complete all as shown on drawing.

Dismantling carefully and taking out unserviciable/damaged door single leaf of Almirah large steel and supply and fixining new door single leaf made out of MS sheet 1mm thick to the required shape and size and applying two coats of spray paints internally and externally with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer and complete all as shown on drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable mirror without damaging the adjacent parts of almirah and supply & fixing new mirror Modiguard of size 5mm thick to Almirah large steel complete all as shown on drawing.

M&L for preparation of Almirah steel Large 1/2 h 1/2 sh with 1/2 side mirror surfaces (externally and internally including shelves etc) by scraping & rubbing down with sand paper, removing dents and scratches, if any and filing the same with paste filler and applying a one coat primer and two coat of olive green/silver synthetic enamel paint of Almirah steel Large 1/2 h 1/2 sh with 1/2 side mirror complete all as per drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

MUZAFFARPUR SCHEDULE:- BED PLYWOOD TOP (FD-246,247)

M&L for taking out old damaged/unserviceable teak ply of head rest of bed plywood top and supply & fixing new teak ply of head rest (of suitable size), 3.5 mm thick one side teak faced and other side commercial plywood including 12mm x 10mm half round teak wood beading on head rest & preparation of surface & applying high gloss French polish on newly fixed head rest to match the colour with existing surface complete all as per drg and as directed.

All as per item no. 4.01 above but broken teak ply of foot rest complete.

M&L for taking out old damaged/unserviceable long rails of bed plywood top and supply and fixing new long rails made of Ist class hard wood minimum size 1800x100x35 mm and applying high gloss French polish on newly fixed long rails to match the colour with existing surface complete all as per drg and as directed.

M&L for taking out old damaged plywood top and supply and fixing new ply wood of suitable size, 12 mm thick commercial type, grade BWP (minimum size 6’ x 3’) complete all as per drg and as directed.
