Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specifications including premixing the material with water of OMC in mechanical mix (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared under base and compacting with power vibratory-roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with SS1 Grade Bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisherwith sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507complete in all respects

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Brick work with 150 class brick and 1:3 cement and coarse sand in foundation and plinth including cost of all labour materias, and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Providing laying & jointing of 900 mm dia NP-3 Hume pipe including cost of pipe, callers and jointing with cement concrete 1:2:4 and spun yarn complete with all labour, materials ,T&P etc. as per direction of E/I.

Stuck cement pointing with 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar over brick work complete with all labour, materials ,T&P etc. as per direction of E/I.

12 mm thick plaster for number plates in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar including all material, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work

Cat Eyes (raised pavement marker). Supply & fixing of moulded cats eye without shank raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate moulded body and reflected pannel with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face conforming to ASTMD for 4280 type 'H' and complying to specification of categories a of MORTH CIRCULAR NO RW/NH/33023/10-07-DO-III 11-06-1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 20 mm 150 mm and 105 mm and with minimum relfective area of 13 sqcm. and the each side slope to the base shall be 350. Fixing will be without nails but using with twin polymer shanks bitumen adhesive on bitumen roads as per manufacture's recmmendation including site clearence etc. and complete as per direction by E/I.

Providing and laying of hot appiled thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area. Thickeness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streak and holes.

Repetitive bar/ Transvers bar marking by hot appiled Thermoplastic Marking of 300 mm wide and 5 mm height, at 1000 mm apart (one set is of 6 Strips). 5 mm height is achieved through six applications of thermoplastic, applied at an interval not less than 1 hour after the previous layer gets solidified, Alternatively, made of Mastic Asphalt or any equivalent material which would provide 15 mm high As per Circular No-62 Patrank Sankhya-879 MT/Samanya Varg / 60MT/ 2019 DT. 16-01-2019
