CLEANING OF OVER HEAD TANK, UG SUMP AND SWTs WITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT CAD UNDER GE PULGAON

Desilting of sedimentation tanks at CMPH of size 28 feet x 28 feet x 6 feet deep straight and 21 feet – 9 inch deep hopper type in two parts by dewatering of sedimentation tank completely by using diesel pump sets and desilting approx 2.50Mtr deep silt accumlated at bottom and removing the silt to a distance not exceeding 50M including cleaning of settling tank by scraping the surface with bleaching powder & applying two coats white wash to wall surfaces internally all as directed by EIC. NOTE : Two parts of settling tank shall be considered as one single unit.

Cleaning of 06 Manholes and connected hume pipe of washout drain of filtration plant at CMPH by removing foreign materials like plastic bags, bottles, tree roots,clothes, Mud etc. blocking the free flow of drain during back wash of filtration plant and disposing off garbage materials removed during cleaning to not less than 50m from site complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rates for any tools and plants(like wire brush, iron rod, axe etc.) required to complete the job deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Desilting and cleaning of Jack well at Gunjkheda Pump House intake jack well of size 15.80 M deep and 9.10 M dia from top, bailing out water from bottom, desilting approx 3.0 M deep silt accumlated at bottom and removing to a distance not exceeding 50 M including cleaning of walls and 02 Nos platform of the Jack well all as directed by EIC.

Desilting of round shallow well at Gunjkheda pumphouse on the bank of wardha river of dia 3 mtr and depth 3mtr by desilting approx 2 mtr deep silt accumlated at the bottom of the well and disposing off silt removed during cleaning to not less than 50m from site and Cutting/weeding of vegetation around the shallow well upto 3mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Desilting and cleaning of Raw water under ground sump at CMPH of 4,50,000 litres capacity of size 12 feet deep and 40 feet dia and having one manhole of sump by bailing out water by using dewatering pump set and desilting approx 2.0 M silt accumlated at bottom and removing to a distance not exc 50 M including cleaning of side walls and applying two coats of white wash internally including painting to all old steel surfaces such as vent pipes, inlet, outlet pipes, ladder shall be provided with one coat of anti corrosive bituminous paint and old MS pipe railing shall be scrapped properly and shall be painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint. Paintings to oblitering labels shall not be less than 60cm x40cm using black paint same as existing dimensions and writing particulars etc using white paint with height of letters same as existing writing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Desilting and cleaning of fillter water under ground sump at CMPH of 4,50,000 ltrs capacity of size 16 feet deep and 36 feet dia and having one manhole of sump by bailing out water by using dewatering pump set and desilting approx 1.0 M silt accumlated at bottom and removing to a distance not exc 50 M including cleaning of side walls and applying two coats of white wash internally including all old steel surfaces such as vent pipes, inlet, outlet pipes, ladder shall be provided with one coat of anti corrosive bituminous paint and old MS pipe railing shall be scrapped properly and shall be painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint. Paintings to oblitering labels shall not be less than 60cm x40cm using black paint same as existing dimensions and writing particulars etc using white paint with height of letters same as existing writing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Desilting and cleaning of filter water reservoir square type at picket hill of capacity 6,75,000 ltrs of size 86 feet x 41 feet x 11 feet and having only one manhole and bailing out water from bottom by dewatering pump set and desilting approx 1.0 M silt accumlated at bottom and removing to a distance not exc. 50 M including cleaning of side walls and applying two coates of white wash internally all old steel surfaces such as vent pipes, inlet, outlet pipes, ladder shall be provided with one coat of anti corrosive bituminous paint and old MS pipe railing shall be scrapped properly and shall be painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint. Paintings to oblitering labels shall not be less than 60cm x40cm using black paint same as existing dimensions and writing particulars etc using white paint with height of letters same as existing writing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Paintings to oblitering labels shall not be less than 60cm x40cm using black paint same as existing dimensions and writing particulars etc using white paint with height of letters same as existing writing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Desilting and cleaning of Raw water reservoir (U/G Sump) round type at ‘Zone six’ of depot area of 4.90 M dia and 3.00 M depth of capacity 45,000 litres having one manhole and bailing out water from bottom by using dewatering pump set and desilting approx 0.60 M silt accumlated at bottom and removing to a distance not exc. 500 M including cleaning of side walls and applying two coats of white wash internally all old steel surfaces such as vent pipes, inlet, outlet pipes, ladder shall be provided with one coat of anti corrosive bituminous paint and old MS pipe railing shall be scrapped properly and shall be painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint. Paintings to oblitering labels shall not be less than 60cm x40cm using black paint same as existing dimensions and writing particulars etc using white paint with height of letters same as existing writing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
