using robotic Sewer Trekker platform for the purpose of silt-level-estimation
and diameter measurement including submission of electronic report in 3
sets of DVDs and one hard copy. This shall include opening and closing of
manholes, insertion and removal of apparatus, traffic diversion, if needed,
ensuring all the necessary safety precautions in compliance with PEMS Act,

Providing a complete sewer bypassing system including, but not limited to,
developing a sewer bypassing plan, developing a spill prevention and
emergency response plan, submitting and obtaining approval from the
Engineer-in-Charge for the sewer bypassing plan and the spill prevention
and emergency response plan, implementing the bypassing and spill
prevention and emergency response plan, providing bypassing in
accordance with the approved plans throughout the duration of the Work
including furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to
maintain continuous and reliable wastewater service in all wastewater lines
during construction, constructing and maintaining temporary bypass sewers
to maintain continuous and reliable wastewater flow in all pipes, including
individual service connections, removing and disposing off all offensive

Loosen desilt and througly clean and remove debris and objects such as
boulders, bricks etc, bacteriological slimes, roots,

area as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Evaluating pipeline condition through inline Closed Circuit Television survey
to assess the internal condition and material of the buried pipelines
including accurate measurement of the length & diameter / cross sections,
invert levels and other physical attributes of buried pipelines, identification
of all defects, joints and connections, measurement and recording of their
location / position, sizes, & conditions of such pipelines including provision
of survey report and records of the conditions, both through video recording
in PAL format on a new VHS cassette as well as a report on the structural
condition of the pipelines as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
In line with the specifications prescribed in IndSTT:201-2018: Code of
Practice ( Latest will supercede) for Cured in Place Pipe Technique Suiting
Indian Conditions.

To perform a study of the hydraulic diameter of the existing pipeline network
and analysing the hydraulic model for the purpose of capacity building of
the pipeline network.
(Based on data from Section A)
(a) Hydraulic modelling for the entire existing sewerage system.
(b) Propose the new sections of the pipeline network to be laid for capacity
(c) To conduct a technical audit of entire sewer line including the proposed
augmented network and making a Hydraulic Model of the same including
carrying capacity.
Providing Report after studying the faults in the existing Sewer Pipeline
Network and preparing the rectification plan for the revival of the network.

(a) Analysis of Conditional Assessment reports for studying the faults in the
sewer pipeline network for recommendation of rectification technology.
(b) Preparation of report including costing of Trenchless
Rehabilitation/Replacement of the sewerage system using the
recommended technologies, where required.
Section- D . On-Spot-Repair work for speedy recovery of Localized
faults in the Existing network
Consolidated charges for Robotic FIND & FIX On-Spot-Repair technology including
Mobilization of Beaver robotic crawler-based ROV equipment and accessories,
including supply of rolled-up sleeves and other consumables, for repair of faulty
pipelines using Find & Fix Sleeve Technology.

Section E-Rectification, Recovery & Augmentation of Existing network
Replacement of pipelines through static Pipe Bursting process including
making of bursting tool entry pits, all related civil works for site preparation,
like excavation, shoring/strutting,maintaining the pits,traffic management
etc.,flow stopppage by the appropriate stanking methods, bypass
pumping,installing the replacement pipe,restoring the pits/manholes after
1 replacement pipe installation etc., restoration of site after completion and
service reconnection as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. This
includes supply of HDPE pipes at store or site of work including
loading/unloading, stacking, transit insurance etc.complete bearing ISI mark
and confirming to IS 14333:1996 & made from PE 100 Resin - Class IV (

Installation of HDPE product pipe by HDD method for on grade gravity
sewer including preparing and setting up the plant and equipment,
preparing new pipe-work material, making entry and exit pits uto required

making system ready for commissioning by HDD opearting including, all
related civil and mechanical works like excavation, shoring/strutting etc.

Installation of HDPE by Manual Pipe Jacking method including making of
entry and exit pits upto 3 tr depth, all related civil works like excavation,
shoring/strutting, etc., manual shielded excavation, lowering of pipe
segments in the jacking pit, laying and jointing of product pipeline through
jacking process from the jacking pit after project completion as per the
instructions of the Engineerin-Charge all complete except the cost of the
pipe. (upto 80 meter installation length) in any type of Strata . Rate includes

Installation of HDPE pipe by Microtunneling method including concrete
structural shaft of sheet piles/RCC retaining walls/well sinking/secant piling

MicroTunneling for slurry based microtunneling suitable for steel/RCC
jacking pipes suiting Indian condition. in any type of Strata . Rate includes
