Supply and making in repair new LT 1100 V end termination with suitable size of aluminium lugs duly crimped for LT 3 ½ core armoured aluminium conductor cable after isolating supply to transformer/LT panel and disconnecting brunt/fault cable from the bunch of cables in trenches, galleries, removing cable loop, opening the cable gland and connecting back after end terminals, testing and commissioning for (XLPE) all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised iron side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Supply & fixing in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6 cm thick mild steel vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional and boxes in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts & nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm size all as specified and directed.

Repairs to LT / HT pillar box / cope point box by opening door hinges and taking rusted portion of door incl removing bends / dents and refixing the door with new hinges, handles, making good surfaces bolting etc all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft and loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr depth for laying and taking out of electric power cable and getting out all as specified and directed by engineer –in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point .

Material & labour for river washed and screened dry sand for filling under and above the under ground cable for cushioning of cables etc.complete all as specified and directed by engr –in-charge, Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

S&Laying in replacement sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strenth 75 Kg/sqm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in replacement unreinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV Type -1 with peak size 300 x 180 x 40 mm. compete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement painting of with prepared white ( snow sem ) for transformer /LT /HT poles plinth area/ Copings of any size all as specified for the following :- ( including scrapping & cleaning with wire brush )

Preparation of surfaces of steel Pole by scraping with emry paper and making free from rust, dust and any foreign material and apply one coat of aluminum paint including letter writing not exceeding 50 cm width, on poles such as Pole No and source point of electric supply with black paint and flurcent paint in circumference of poles / mast towers of various heights complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surfaces RCC Pole o f 9 mtr by scraping with emry paper and making free from rust, dust and any foreign material and apply two coats of cement based weather proof distemper including letter writing not exceeding 50 cm width, on poles such as Pole No and source point of electric supply with black paint and fluorescent paint in circumference of poles / mast towers of various heights complete all as specified and directed.

Opening of the side cover of high mast light disconnection of the gear assembly of the mast cleaning the gear system by using old lub oil of the sump gears, checking its moving components, filling of gear oil SAE 140 grade 0.5 ltrs with new oil.

Decarbonising/cleaning complete LT Panel board/ pillar boxes of 415/380/230 Volts 3 phase bus bar chamber with electrical connections, complete bus bar from the bus bar chamber, cleaning with CTC(Carbon Tetra Chloride) and ensure proper decarbonising, refixing the same after applying Backtol Red solution to the bus bar insulator & checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts & thimbles of in-coming/out-going system complete incl replacement of defective rusted bolts & nuts all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old deterioted/damaged rubber mats from the sub stations, supply & lay synthetic insulating rubber matsof size: 2m x 1mx 19 mm all as specified & directed

Taking down the LT air circuit breakers of various capacities from 800 amps to 1250 amps for repairs, servicing comprising the following and refixing the same, re-orientation and labour for taking down the defective parts and refixing the same spare parts all as specified and directed (a) Checking/repair of mechanical system of ACB. (b) Checking/repair of the manual closing/tripping of breaker.

Taking down the burnt MCCB s from the LT panels/feeder pillar boxes, supply & fix ,test & commissioning of MCCB all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation & commissioning and testing in replacement of SHF/VRLA Battery, Battery charge panel comprising 12 Nos. 2 Volts 100 AH tubular cell, self contained floor mounted sheet steel cabinet with two tiers for housing the batteries. The charging equipment will be operated from 240Volt +/- 10%, 50 c/s supply. The cabinet should be complete and internally wired auto/mannual switch. The charger unit should house, resstance control DC ammeter , Voltmeter and fuses, AC supply failure alarm. Complete accessories required for commissioning is included in the scope of work. (II) Necessary arrangements for Safety and T&P repairs shall be under taken by contractor

Supply Only in replacement Energy Efficient LED High MAST Light Fitting of 200 W capacity consisting of high power LEDs with choice of general spread optics to ensure uniform distrubution, IP 66, comprising of clear heat ressistant toughened glass, die caste aluminium construction and maintanance free operatable at 120-270VAC Pf > 0.95 Integral driver Surge protector along with necessary 3 Core 2.5 sqmm copper cable connections up to junction box along with mounting GI bracket all as specified and directed

Note: Contractor has to give Guarantee for 60 months for the HIGH MAST light fitting including the electronic Driver power drive from the date of installation. And contractor has to take necessary arrangements for fixing of the luminaries duly following the safety for men and material

M&L PCC cable Route indicator of size 350x200x200mm with slanting top duly embossed 'HT CABLE' or 'HT LOOP' and placed on PCC foundation 1:4:8 thick and 100mm width all round the cable route indicator complete all as directed. (NOTE - Unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of excavation and earth work, pcc etc. all as required)

S&F in replacement 4 mm dia MS wire 75x75mm mesh, made upto into mattress or cages appx 2.00 mtr height and fixed with flat iron/angle by welding in position and distance not less than 1.5 mtr between supports complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling of old unserviceable fencing.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for sub floors, sub-bases, floors and paving etc complete all as specified and directed including demolition of old unserviceable PCC.

Supply & Fixing in replacement steel tubular pole 410 SP-55 (09 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug nuts, bolts and washers all as specified in IS including the following:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, return filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting points. (b) PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundationup to ground level all as specified and directed. (c) PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation necessary form work for plinth block/ collar all as specified and directed. (d) PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work for plinth block/ collar all as specified and directed. (e) Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminum paint before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing complete embedded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminus paint above plinth block.
