Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: ( 1 Cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). (DSR 4.1.10)

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 20 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (N.S)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 20mm thick compacted bed of sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. DSR 15.60

Providing and Laying of kerb of size 2’-0” x 9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes fixing in position at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
