Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm, depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm and removing materials from the site of work to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with Granite, Trap or Basalt, coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8-12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to pot holes of depth exceeding 30 mm thick, area not exceeding 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen grade 10 pack primer (VG-10) @ 5kg per 10 sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder with paving bitumen grade 30 pack (VG-30) @ 9.8 kg per 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen of grade 10 Pack (VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade 30 Pack (VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mix laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to12 tonne power road roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweepijng with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags / by mechanical means to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen of grade 10 Pack (VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen grade 30 pack (VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted mixed in mechanical hot mix plant and remixed material laid with mechanical paver, finished, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) Rate deemed to be included for making goods of any undulation / damages in wearing surfaces, where semi-dense asphaltic concrete to be laid. (b) Semi-dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as specified and binder content shall be provided as per design mix.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide confirming to MORTH specification with thermoplastic compound paint compound thickness of 2.0mm to 2.5mm thick flim on road with mechanical equipment including cleaning and drying the existing road surface to ensure dust oil grease and moisture free before applying the paint etc., white or golden yellow, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in plain cement concrete (1:2:4) (size 200x200x450mm) type B1, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for Rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum / amendments and general condition of contracts before entry / quoting the rates. Note 2:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
