PART-A Sunken Slabs & Chambers: Earthwork Excavation in all Sorts of Soil for foundation of trenches, walls, drains, plinths and for all other miscellaneous foundation works etc. upto an average depth of 1.50 meters [from the existing ground level] including Cutting / removing & clearance of jungle; bushes, grass & all other unwanted plants / creepers, shoring; strutting; bailing out water [if necessary]; preparation of base, refilling the sides of the foundation with excavated available good quality Soil; leveling / dressing & hand ramming with proper watering, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder [if required], cleaning the work area, colleting & stacking the generated waste / dead debris & surplus soil up to a lead of 50 meters from the place of work etc. complete all as per standard technical specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & all lifts.

Providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm & downsize, (for chamber ) clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & standard quality for foundation, plinth works, paltforms, pathway, paved areas, road portions, sub base floor, repair / rectification / modification works & all other miscellaneous works including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete & plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork, providing, fixing & removing staging / platform, collecting & stacking the generated waste & costruction waste etc. up to a lead of 50 meters from the place of work etc. complete all as per standard technical specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & all lifts / heights.

Loading in the Tractor, Carriage & disposing the stacked all generated, construction waste & all other other waste upto lead of 3000 meters from the Gates of Phase I & II area & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Removing of floor tiles, plain cement concrete & brick bat coba upto required depth & expose the pipeline at sunken portion of bathrooms / toilets with suitable tools & tackles which includes dismantling / breaking / removing IWC pan [if required], other water supply and sanitary fittings & fixtures [carefully without damaging], depositing same in Civil Sectional Store at Kaiga Township, Mallapur, arranging empty cement bags, lifting / shifting and lowering the same on ground level / place for loading, cleaning the work area and stacking the debris / waste materials / unwanted materials / things etc., upto a lead of 50 meters outside work premises etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / height.

Providing and laying Internal / External Cement Plaster, 15 mm thick in CM 1:5 to the masonry & concrete surfaces [new or old repair, modification & rectification works of cambers] etc., rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & stacking the generated & costruction waste up to a lead of 50 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Proving & laying Water Proof Brick Bat Concrete for filling in the sunken floor of toilets, washing areas, water closets of grade 1:2:4 [1 part cement + 2 part sand + 4 parts 63 mm & down size broken brick jelly] with Non-Shrink Water Proofing Compound [confirning to the BIS 2645 of the latest edition] @ 2 % by the weight of cement / as per the recommendation of the manufacturer to the concrete including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete & plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, hand consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork, providing, fixing & removing staging / platform, collecting & stacking the generated waste & costruction waste etc. up to a lead of 50 meters from the place of work etc. complete all as per standard technical specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & all lifts / heights. Note: Brick bats shall be got approved before using at site and brick bats should free from powder & dust.

Providing and laying PCC of grade 1:1.5:3 using 10 mm & downsize stone aggregates for floor sub-base , repair work / patch work / rectification work & other miscellaneous PCC works etc., including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete & plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, hand consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork, providing, fixing & removing staging / platform, collecting & stacking the generated waste & costruction waste etc. up to a lead of 50 meters from the place of work etc. complete all as per standard technical specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & all lifts / heights.

Providing and fixing in position White Indian Water Closet, ORISSA PAN of size 580 mm X 440 mm X 300 mm of make with P or 'S' trap [all materials shall be of standard make & of superior 1st quality and confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition] with or without vent with all jointing materials, including making hole in masonry & making good the same, encasing the pan & trap with PCC & backfilling extra space with river sand of good quality, curing, finishing the same & ensuring smooth functioning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & stacking the generated & costruction waste up to a lead of 50 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Providing & Constructing Burnt Brick Masonry of 230 mm thick in CM 1:5 using well Burnt Bricks of standard size & shape with compressive strength of not less than 35 Kg/cm2 for Super Structure, plinth, repair & rectification / modification and all other Miscellaneous Masonry Works including simultaneous flush pointing, curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the surface, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & stacking the generated & costruction waste up to a lead of 50 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and fixing PVC, heavy duty, "Nahani Trap" [SWR Fittings IS:14735] 100 X 75 mm of self cleaning design with 75 mm. outlet having a minimum water seal of 50 mm of superior 1st quality & of standard make with heavy duty "PVC grating" of 125 mm dia. / to suit Nahani Trap, finishing neatly, curing, ensuring smooth functioning including prepartation of base, required cement mortar & PCC, collecting & stacking the generated & construction waste, up to a lead of 50 mtrs. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

Collecting from Civil Sectional store at Kaiga Township , Mallapur Laying & fixing UPVC Pipes of 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm ,50 mm & 110mm dia collecting required dia pipes and providing all required fittings such as collars, elbows, tees, unions, coupling, reducers, enlargers, bends, nipples, UPVC clamps, end caps and all other fittings required for completing the job, as per code of practice for water supply to the buildings -BIS 2065 of [the latest edition]. All fittings shall be of superior 1st quality, of standard make and confirming to BIS specification of latest edition , cost of all materials like white or red lead, cement, sand, tools & tackles, testing the pipe with clean water [as per specification] and ensuring smooth functioning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / Zoola, preparation of base, collecting & stacking the generated & costruction waste up to a lead of 50 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height [Inside / Outside Building] NOTE: Only UPVC Pipes of 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm & 50 mm dia & 100 mm dia. pipes of 2.5 kgs. providing ,placing & removing circular formwork for all concrete work including providig,fixing,& removing staging ,platform collecting &disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2-3kms note- measurement shall be made for formwork in contact with concrete surface.

Providing & laying 1st quality of reputated brand & as approved make (by EIC) ,HYSD Reinforcement bars of all dia meters confirmimg to grade D-500 of IS:1786 (latest edition) including preparation of base ,cutting,bending,transporting,placing in position & binding with suitable gauge soft annealed binding wire for all in-situ concrete works providing & placing speacers bars , cover blocks,providing necessary staging/platform,collecting & disposal of generated wastse upto 2-3kms from the place of work etc.complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification,drawing & (if any) and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all location and at all lift/height.

Part-B: Repair of shafts Chipping/ removing old plaster for a width of 300mmat the junction of the wall & floor slab including providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / zoola, collecting & stacking the generated & costruction waste up to a lead of 3000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Strengthening of the existing CI/PVC pipe lines of different dia 75mm to 165mm by providing the U bolt clamp of gauge 5/16" ( Dia 8mm) with Z-bracket of gauge 1.5mm at regular intervals including the cost of GI clamp,bolts ,nuts labour charges and required scaffoldings.

Strengthening the lead joints by caulking joint with polysulphide caulking compound and making the joint leak tight.Rate shall include the cost of material and labour for completing the job in all respect.

Providing and laying cement plaster 15mm thick in one coat for Internal/external surfaces at all heights with cement mortar 1:5 with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specification, finishing smooth including hacking concrete surfaces, staging, curing and providing necessary Architectural finishes like grooves, dripmoulds, cornices, mouldings, columns grooves etc., and shall be matched with the existing plastered surfaces,cleaning the work area,colleting & stacking the generated waste / dead debris up to a lead of 200 meters from the place of work etc. complete as per specifications as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

providig and applying two coat of coal tar epoxy coating including preparing and cleaing the surface so as to obtain even finish including preparation of base by cloe hacking/chipping the concrete/plasted surface, racking & cleaning, providing;fixing & removing necessary staging/platform, cleaning the work area , collecting & stacking the generated waste upto a lead of 50 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift/height complete as specified and directed

Identifying the leaking/rusted/damaged portion of the pipe line in the shafts,on terraces and on the extenal/internal/conceled wall,burried lines etc and replacing with the same diameter CI pipes. The rate shall include the cost of scaffoldings,pipe lines,required fitting,tools ,jainting with polysulphade compound sealant & tackles and labour charges.
