S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of red colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel ridges suitable for corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of red colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylone sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasterners with and including ceiling section ( not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre, size of grid 605mm x 605mm including providing and fixing designer decorative Gypsum board 4mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) for skirting / dado finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repalcement PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Wornout existing treatment from sunken portion of WC /Bath/Kitchen/Passage including taking down floor tiles, plaster, lime/cement concrete, WC trap complete empty of existing sunk complete all as specified and directed. Note :Taking down of plumbing & sanitary fixing & fixture shall be measured under relevant items

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid saperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests including setting the trap and pan in concrete and including 10 ltr capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type low level flushing cistern and 32mm dia PVC flush pipe complete including jointing to socket of flushing rim, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubes light grade, laid on sunken floor as on spout pipe 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating, having properties of 80 % elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications and sprinkle sand at 10-15 gram per sqft for better grip with plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick/concrete tiles any size etc including existing roof treatment of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) including removing the demolished material to a distance exc 250m but n. exc 500m and deposited where directed at a level n.exe 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding over roof finished and laid to required slope complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F precast hydraulically pressed PCC tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in CM (1:3) mixed with WPC of approved make in screed bed and pointing on roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP modified bituminous membrane 3mm thick consisting of the following for RCC roof :- (a) Cleaning palstered roof surfaces and applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvented primer @ 0.3Kg /Sqm of approved make on top of dry surface of RCC roof complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for APP modified polymeric water proofing membrance 3mm thick weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyster core of approved make applied by heating one surface of membrane with LPG torch with lap of 100mm and the overlap shall be sealed by flame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of rolling shutter incl oiling, greasing and easing with all replacement of necessary fittings for smooth functioning of rolling shutter and with one coat of synthetic enameled paint to steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel rolling shutters 1.00mm thick without ball bearing as specified inlcuding top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type including taking down old unserviceable shutter complete all as specified and directed.
