Dismantling BER Lift including Load Hook, Car Cabin, Channel Charge, Machine Room Equipments (i.e. Motor, Control Panel and Other Civil & Mechanical Work, Scaffolding, Shaft White Wash and Other Connected Allied Accessories and as per required to Installation of New Lift including Removing the same from AFH ICU/OT and Depositing to MES Store Yard, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pit Depth and Overhead shall be such as to conform to the requirements of Bottom Clearance and Top Clearance as specified in IS:14665. (m) Travel : To Serve G+1 Floor Each Floor Height around 4.2 Metre (approx) all as in Existing Shaft. (n) Elevator Cabin Ceiling : As per OEM (o) Cabin Walls (Finish) : Stainless Steel, Hairline Finished. (p) Flooring : 20mm to 25mm Granite Flooring as per Design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (q) Cabin Door (Finish) : Stainless Steel Hairline Finished without Vision Panel (r) Entrance Door (Finish) : Stainless Steel Hairline Finished without Vision Panel (s) Cabin Sills and Landing Sills : Extruded Hard Aluminium (t) Car Operating Panel and Car Position Indicator Face Plate Finish : The Car Operating Panel shall be of Stainless Steel, Hair Line Finished, Flush mounted and duly finished to match the Car Interior Decor and shall contain all the Devices as per recommendation of Manufacturer and as directed. (u) Hall Indicator Face Plates Finish : Metal like Resin Face Plate or as per OEM.

(v) Entrance Jamb type and Finish : Stainless Steel Hairline Finished as per OEM (w) Hall Indicator type at Ground Floor : LED with Segment Display or as per OEM (x) Hall Indicator type at all Floors : LED with Segment Display or as per OEM. (y) Car Opening Panel type (Main) : LED with Segment Display or as per OEM. (z) Buffers for Cabin and Counter Weights : Spring/Hydraulic or as per OEM (aa) Guide Rails for Cabin : Steel 'T' Sections (ab) Guide Rails for Counter Weights : Steel 'T Sections (ac) Counterweight : Cast Iron Blocks or Steel Plates (ad) Guide Shoes : Advance Sliding type or as per OEM (ae) Power Supply for Traction : 415 Volts Three-Phase, 50 Cycles AC. The Entire Lift Equipment shall be suitable for Operation at +10% to - 20% of rated Supply Voltage. (af) Power Supply for Cabin Lighting : 220 Volts, Single Phase, 50 Cycles AC. (ag) Electric Lighting for Cabin : Down Lighter with 5 W LED with Cover, Recessed type of suitable Nos. to ensure min 200 lux illumination inside Car. Auto Circuit for Light and Fan, Over Load Device shall be provided.

(ah) Fan for Cabin : 300mm Sweep - 01 No as approved. (Make : Baja/ Crompton Greaves/ Havells) (ai) No of Entrance : One Location - Front. (ak) Lift Rope : Suitable Size Lift Rope shall be provided as per relevant IS and as required. Lift Rope shall confirm to IS:14665-12001 (upto date) Provisions. The Round Stranded Steel Wire Ropes shall be made up from Steel Wire Ropes having a Tensile Strength not less than 12.5 Tones/ Square Cm. The Factor of Safety shall be 8.6. (al) Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) : Emergency Automatic Rescue Device for Elevation of Passengers Trapped in Lift Car during Power Failure between Floors shall be provided. Standby Power Supply by using suitable Capacity Maintenance Free Battery, etc. shall be provided. (am) Location of Machine Room : Directly on Top of the Lift Shaft. (an) Voice Announcement : Voice Announcement System in the Car shall be provided to Announce the Position of the Elevator in the Hoist Way as The Car Passes or Stops at a Floor served by the Elevator.

(ao) Hand Rail : Suitable Hand Rail as per recommendation of Manufacturer/ relevant IS shall be provided for use of Lift by Physically Challenged as directed. (ap) Alarm Bell : Battery Operated Emergency Alarm shall be provided. An Electronic Chime to inform Waiting Passengers of the Lift Car's arrival shall be provided as directed. (aq) Emergency Cabin Lighting : Battery Operated Emergency Light shall be provided. (ar) Emergency Interphone System : Press & Speak Phone shall be provided Connects to Intercom facility at Reception/ Control Room. (as) Push Button : Micro-Stroke 'M' type Push Buttons shall be provided. (at) Electric Motor : Electric Motor capable to take not less than 180 Starts Per Hour without Excessive Temperature Rise. (au) Fire Fighters Emergency Operation : Fire Man switch shall be provided. (av) Overload Holding Stop : Overload Holding Stop System shall be provided. (aw) Car and Hall Call Register Light : Car and Hall Call Register Light shall be provided. (ax) Car Light and Fan Auto Off : Car Light and Fan Auto Off System shall be provided (ay) Multi Beam Sensor : Multi Beam Sensor shall be provided.

Demolition Cement Concrete (Un-reinforced) of any description in Ground Floors, Pavings, etc. not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and Removing Debris, etc. to a Distance exc. 50.00 Metre but not exc. 100.00 Metre, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition Brick Masonry Work, built in Cement Mortar and in any Position including all Quoins, Arches and Pillars, etc. and Removing Debris, etc. to a Distance exc. 50.00 Metre but not exc. 100.00 Metre, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Taking down/out Unserviceable Sub-main Wiring from PVC Casing Capping/ Conduit of any description, Making Good Disturbed Surfaces of Walls/ Ceiling, etc. with Cement Mortar 1:3 including Providing Surface Treatment to match the Existing Finishes/ Treatment at Site of Works, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/ out Unserviceable UG Cables of any Cross Sectional Area after disconnections, Cables laid in Trenches and/ or Fixing with Walls/ Poles including Segregating of Serviceable Materials viz Bricks, etc. and kept in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earth Work will be Measured and Paid separately under relevant Items.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregates) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete, etc. including necessary Formwork, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Formwork will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregates) in Lintels upto 1.50 Metre Clear Span, Cills, Steps; Seismic and Other Similar Bands, Plinth Courses, String Courses, Lacing Courses, Parapets and Railings upto 600mm in Height, Copings, Kneelers, Apex Stones, Bed Plates, Water Troughs and the Like including Weathering, Slightly Rounded or Chamfered Angles and Throating, Finishing all Exposed Faces of Concrete including Use and Waste of Formwork as required/ ordered, Set in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Formwork will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE :- (a) Cost of 5-Run Cables & 1-Run PVC Casing Capping/ PVC Conduit will deem to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate and the same also Measured as ONE UNIT. (b) Sub-main Wiring will be measured PVC Casing Capping/ PVC Conduit only. Wire required for looping, etc. will deem to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate.

Excavating in Trenches not exc. 1.50 Metre Wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in Depth for Taking Out/ Laying of UG Electric Cable Lines, etc., Forming Surfaces to required Foundation and getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm in Soft/ Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Excavated Material (Soils) to a distance not exc. 50 Metre and Deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying & Testing UG XLPE insulated, Armoured, Heavy duty, Electric Cable with Aluminium Stranded Conductor, 1100 Volt grade, Cross-sectional Area 35 Sqmm, 3½ Core, laid in Trenches/ Ducts or Passing through Pipe or Fixing on Poles, etc. including jointing with suitable Size Aluminium Lugs, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipes, etc. will be Measured and Paid separately under relevant Items.

M&L Sand Cushioning (Dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 230mm Spread thickness (80mm in Depth before Laying the Cable and 150mm in Depth after Laying the Cable) and Consolidated (Punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply & Laying Sub-Class B brick, Well Burnt, Laid breadth-wise along the Length of Cable laid in Trenches over Sand Cushion for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.
