Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation

Supplying and filling in foundations and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm. Thick well ramed, watered and compacted complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 ( one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7cm for the following including curring etc, complete complying with standard specifications

Plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of rein forcement adn fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtureslike fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, complete complying with standard specification

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits of necessary supports & strutting including kall labour charges etc., complete centering below GL

Providing granolithic floor with CC 1:2:4 mix using 25mm ISS HBG size metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone M.Sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cmx23cmx2cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 , 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Plastering in CM 1:3, 10 mm tk, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc compete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12 mm tk, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc compete.

Supply of door of size of .90 x 2.10 including all cost and conveyance etc.,

Supply of window of size of .90 x 1.30 including all cost and conveyance etc.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Exterior Emulsion paint two coats with approved Emulsion paint over one coat of primaring coat of cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete

Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint inculding cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc.,complete

Supply and fixing fine Polished Cuddapah Slab of Cost of 20/30 mm thick laying to correct alignment with necessarycement motors and black power etc., specification and as direct

Wring with 2x1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PSC insulated SC unsheathhed Cu.Conductor rigid Pipe concealed in wall an ceilling PVC accessories in Fliush with wall with 3mm thick and 5 A FT swicth and making good of the concealed poortion with suitable color for PV electronic regular 5 point per coil (SD 25)

Supply and Fixing single Box type 4"40 flu fitting complete with copper choke suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals top the fitting etc., (SD 89)

Supply and Fixing of 1200 mm (48") Ac Ceilling Fan compltete With Stepped electrial down rod on the esxiting clamp (SD 110)

PVC sintex tank including all charges etc., complete
