Material and labour for carrying out Repair/Replacement of spares/Maintenance work to 22 KV capacity VCB Panel consisting of the following : (a) Disconnecting AB switch in Two Pole structure , (b) Disconnecting VCB Panel board and draw out VCB Breaker outside, (c) Disconnecting Ht cable of any type from terminals of VCB incomer and outgoing , (d) Disconnecting eletric connections and taking out busbar.insulator,CTs and measure IR value using 2,5 KV megger, (e(Clean the inner compartment with moisture free using external heater, (f) Repair/Servicng of : (i) VCB Breaker , (ii) Panels and wiring, (g) Replacement of following damaged parts with new one : (i) Busbar complete, (ii)CTs (03 Nos), (iii)PTs (03 Nos), (iv) Insulator 22 KV grade of size 250 mmx70 mm dia (v) VCB Panel heater 70/80 Watts, (vi) Master Trip Relay for tranformer winding oil temperature, (vii) Any other minor parts found unserviceable has to be replaced,

(h) Apply Dust remover Liquid.Checking function of spring charge motor .Gear Mechanism.Internal Wiring complete, (j) Dismantling.Servicing and refixing of Breaker and charging complete, (k) Switch On Gang operated AB Switch and charging Breaker complete. NOTE: (i)VCB Breaker Make:Crompton Greaves installed in the year 2013. (ii)The above work should be executed through OEM by OEM service dealer/ engineer/Technicians with company spares(OEM) (iii) Necessary documents viz : Paid vouchers/test certificate/Warranty certificate and service report submitted by OEM shall be produced to GEs office before claiming payment, (iv) The tenderer are advised to visit the site with prior permission from AGEB/R Tutocorin and get aquinted with condition of 22 KV VCB before quoting of tender if required.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of VCB Panel compartment by clening and rubbing with emery sheet to remove stains .dust etc and applyong two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of metallic primer including writing cable/panel details etc complete all as specified and as directed.
