REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF GEYSERS, CEILING FANS, WALL MOUNTING FANS AND AIR CIRCULATORS AT CVRDE AVADI

Taking down ceiling fans of any make and sweep from any height of the building after disconnection of all electrical connections and fixing back the same in position, connecting up complete after carrying out servicing/ repair etc all as specifed and directed. Note M&L for Repair/ replacement of parts shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items.

Dismantling of ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep of any make and taking out existing burnt winding and rewinding the with the super enamelled copper wire of existing size/gauge including providing of insulating material, bearing, bush, greasing, varnishing and properly packing of winding, assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair fan condensor 1.6 to 2.5mfd 230/440V range 50Hz complete all as speciefed and directed.

Supply and fix in repair heavy duty PVC top and bottom canopy set of ceiling fan complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix down rod of 36 Inch length 15 mm dia made out of GI/mild steel pipe/ERW suitable for ceiling fan of any make with incl hanging clamps, real rubber with nut and bolt at top, split pins at bottom all as specifed and directed

M & L for preparation surfaces of ceiling fan complete including fan blades, clamps and hanging rod etc by scraping existing paint care fully and applying two coats of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint including filling cavities with filler coat after cleaning of dust etc including writing the MES No with black paint of existing size all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item Sl No 01 above but for exhaust fan any sweep.

Dismantling of exhaust fan, 300 mm sweep of any make, taking out existing burnt winding and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper wire of existing size/gauge, bearing including provision of insulating material, varnishing and properly baking of winding, re-assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 08 above, but for exhaust fan 350 mm /380 mm sweep of any make -ditto-.

All as per item No 8 above, but for exhaust fan 450 mm /600mm sweep of any make -ditto-.

Material & labour for replacement of condenser / capacitor of capcity 4 MFD including connection suitable for exhaust fan of any make and sweep all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of exhaust fan blade made out of MS sheet (as per existing shape and size) complete all as directed

S & F of canopy of motor (back cover) made out of MS sheet of 1.6mm thick including stainless steel screws, suitable for exhaust fan of 300/350/380/450 mm sweep of any make complete all as specified directed.

M & L for preparation of surface of exhaust fan of any make and sweep complete including body, blades, legs etc by scraping of existing paint carefully, filling cavities with filler coat after cleaning of dust etc and applying two coats of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of colour as approved including writing the MES No/ Srl No with black paint all as directed.

M & L for replacement of louver suitable for upto 450 mm sweep exhaust fan complete all as speciefed and directed.

All as per item Sl No 01 above but for Air circulated fan any sweep.

M&L of wall mounted air circulator of 400/600mm sweep, burnt winding and rewinding the motor with super nameled copper wire of existing size/gauge including providing bearing insulating material, varnishing and properly baking of winding, assembling and testing the same for full speed up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of flexible PVC insulated copper conductor cable, twin core of size 23/.0076 for connecting lead from ceiling rose to condenser/connectors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of 3 Runs of 1.5 sqmm PVC Insulated copper conductor drawn through existing PVC conduit complete all as speciefed and directed.

M&L for DOL starter suitable415V, 1-5A rating complete all as specifed and directed.(For Exhaust fan HD 415V)

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (geysers ) of 25/50 litres capacity for servicing after disconnecting existing water supply and electric connection by unscrewing/cutting of holding bolts/nuts from walls and opening the tank for repair including Inspection and Refixing after repair and testing of repaired geysers (of any type and capacity) due to any defect like air lock, water leakage in pipe line joints including replacement of GI nipples, and replacement of small electric parts like indication lamp, fuse plug if faulty,checking loose ifelectric connections inside and outside geyser and making good complete all specified and directed. Note :- (a) Cost of mentioned small parts like GI Nipple, Fuseplug, indication lamps and steel Fastners of size 10mm dia 100 mm long wherever required will be included in the quoted rate. (b) Any parts like Assembly, element, Thermostate, PVC connections etc not mentioned under this items will be measured and paid under separately.

Supply and fixing (in repair ) inner assembly suitable for 25 Ltr of capacity geyser complete all as per IS Codes and specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing (in repair ) inner assembly suitable for 50 Ltr of capacity geyser complete all as per IS Codes and specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replacing flexible PVC connection, heavy duty, 450/600 mm long with CP brass adopter and washers at both ends suitable for hot water for 15mm dia pipe all as specified & directed

Supply only thermostat suitable for 25/50 ltr geyser capacity to control water temperature 20 degree C to 80 degree C, ISI marked complete all as specified & directed

Supply and fixing in replacement Heating element 1.5 KW, 230 volts AC supply (ISI marked, original as per existing/sample) suitable for water heaters/geysers (any type) complete with rubber gasket including replacing the rusted bolts/screw if required during changing the heating elements, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Heating element 2 KW, 230 volts AC supply (ISI marked, original as per existing/sample) suitable for water heaters/geysers (any type) complete with rubber gasket including replacing the rusted bolts/screw if required during changing the heating elements, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down electric water heaters (geysers ) of capacity 50 Ltrs, storage type from site, after diconnecting of electric and water connections, taking out inner shell from outer cover, removing the thermostat switch, geyser element and geyser assembly carefully, replacement of inner shell (Stainless steel tank) and refixing the thermostate switch, geyser element and geyser assembly, testing the inner tank for any leakages, Re-assembling the geyser and mounting on the grouted bolts and connecting with electric and water supply system and testing complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Cost of the glass wool required to be replaced in the inner shell of geyser will be included in the quoted rate no extra payment will be given.

Taking down electric water heaters (geysers ) of capacity 25 Ltrs, storage type from site, after diconnecting of electric and water connections, taking out inner shell from outer cover, removing the thermostat switch, geyser element and geyser assembly carefully, replacement of inner shell (Stainless steel tank) and refixing the thermostate switch, geyser element and geyser assembly, testing the inner tank for any leakages, Re-assembling the geyser and mounting on the grouted bolts and connecting with electric and water supply system and testing complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Cost of the glass wool required to be replaced in the inner shell of geyser will be included in the quoted rate no extra payment will be given.

Supply and fixing (in repairs) Autocut with temperature control regulator/thermostat with relay of suitable size on site, suitable for any make & type of geyser 25/50 Litres capacity horizontal or vertical type all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement top plug 15/16 Amp size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F (in replacement as per existing ) 15/16 Amp Socket of Geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note : Socket of any type Ordinary/modular/semimodular will be replaced as per existing make under this item no extra claim will be admissible.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core 4 sqmm 1100 volts grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable, copper conductor, multistranded drawn through and including ISI marked PVC conduit concealed in walls/roof/floors etc including provn of FRLSH PVC insulated 4 sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of 4 sqmm cable one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core 6 sqmm 1100 volts grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable, copper conductor, multistranded drawn through and including ISI marked PVC conduit concealed in walls/roof/floors etc including provn of FRLSH PVC insulated 6 sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. (for SPN 8 way DB ) Note : Two runs of 6 sqmm cable one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.
