SPECIAL REPAIR TO E/M INSTALLATION OF PUMP HOUSE NO 04 AT ZAKHAMA MILITARY STATION UNDER AGE (I) ZAKHAMA

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed light coloured/printed ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick ( Below or above ground) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement including provision of 10 mm joints (at an interval of 3 metre and turnings) duly filled with fine sand and bitumen in the ratio of 3:1, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness as in roof covering, wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
