(vi) Servicing &replace defective parts of Controller, Selector, Leveling devices, Cams, relays, solid State Components eg. PCB’s, Transducers, Resistors, Condensers, Power Amplifiers, Transformers, Contacts, Leads, Dashpots, Timing Devices, Steel Selector Tapes and Mech,& Electrical Driving equipment. (vii) Servicing & replace defective parts of ARD,infrared device and Amplifiers/Sills. (viii) Servicing & replace defective parts of Governor Sheave, Shaft Assembly, Bearings, Contacts and Governor Jaws, replace defective one. (ix) Servicing & replace defective parts of Car and Hall Mechanical Buttons, Car and Hall position indicators, Hall Lanterns, Car direction indicators and all other Car and Landing Signal Fixtures as installed by the original manufacturer. (x) Servicing & replace defective parts of Deflector or Secondary sheave, bearings, car and counterweight guide and buffers, top and bottom limit switches, Governor Tensions Sheave Assembly, Compensating sheave Assembly, Car, Counterweight and Counterweight Guide shoes including Rollers or Gibbs. (xi) Servicing & replace defective parts Interlocks on Hoist way Door, Hoist way Door Hangers, Guides, Automatic power operated door operator, Car Door Hanger, Car Door Contact, Safety shoe, Load weighing Equipment, Car Frame, Car Safety Mechanism and Platform Emergency light & Alarm. (xii) All activities to be carried out through OEM only.

Supply only in replacement of ARD/ERD device unit as per Lift OEM specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement of sealed maintenance free battery 12V 7.5Ah complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement of oil collector S2 white complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement of lubricating oil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement of COP modular assembly unit KONE Part Serial LAS LCE STD LASSECOP or equivalent as per OEM recommendations complete all as specified and as directed.
