Providing and installing submersible pump set conforming to IS 8034-2002 (with up to date amendments) along with directly coupled submersible type squirrel cage electric induction motor conforming to IS 9283-2013(with up to date amendments) suitable for operation on 415Volt.3 phase 50 C.P.S A.C supply, water lubricated bearing and provided with pivoted segment type thrust bearings to with stand non vertical lead with minimum wear and tear and duly fitted with device to take upto the expansion of water with heating of motor complete in all respect including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts (Make KSB/Kirlosker / Mather & Platt.) suitable for operation on data given below:

Supply and fixing of control panel for submersible pump complete with shaft and angle iron, fabricated duly painted and complete with internal wiring and comprising of air break starter main switch of suitable Amp., T.P. voltmeter, ammeter, phase indicating lamps water level guard and single phase preventer including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Supply and fixing submersible cable 6.00mm2 to submersible sets .including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing supporting clamps 32mm dia to submersible pump sets including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing double flanged C.S Sluice valve of Leader/Kirloskar/KSB valve make for delivery line of the pump and capable of with standing normal sheet pressure as per BS 1414/API 600 with upto date amendment for Class ASA-300 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing double flanged C.S NRV of Leader/Kirloskar/KSB valve make and for delivery line of the pump and capable of with standing normal sheet pressure as per BS 1868/API-6D with upto date amendment for Class ASA-300 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Supply and fixing stainless steel rope wire (minimum 5 mm thick excluding insulation thickness) suitable to wear the weight of motor pump, riser pipe etc.

Providing & laying at site double loop earthing with copper/ G.I. plate 600x600x3mm thick electrode complete with material such as charcoal, common salt, GI pipes, thimbles, nuts & bolts, digging of pits, GI wiring & 25x5mm G.I. strips of required capacity conforming to BIS 3043-1987 latest with up to date amendments suitable for above motors & other electrical equipments i/c cost of carriage of material in all leads & lifts & as directed by Engineer -Incharge.

Providing chain pulley for lifting of submersible pump heavy duty 3 tonne capacity complete with tripod make with G.I. pipe and U clamp.

Providing laying and fixing of aluminium conducter, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured /XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc, of the requried size 3.5*50mm2.

Providing and fixing100 ampere change over switch of makeL&T as required complete in all respect including all connections with thimbles etc, complete.

Providing double loop earthing arrangment with copper earth plate 600mmx600mmx 3mm thick including accessories i.e. G.I. pipe copper plates ,copper stripe and wire for looping and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangment and watering pipe etc. (butt without charcoal or coke and salt) complete as required .

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required .

Providing and fixing 25mmx5mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for earth connection etc. as required.

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.( for pipes and pits) up to all depthsand all classification of earth such as pick work jumper work,saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock, chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15cm. layers including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads/lifts and shoring strutting,timbering and dewatering where ever required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing &Laying,jointing & testing in trenches to be levelled to grades IS marked MSERW Flanged pipe of below mentioned diameter conforming to IS-1978-82 ( latest with upto date amendment ) having menium wall thikness as sepicified of steel grade YST -210 jointed with flanges confoming to tables as below of BIS 6392-1971 ( latest with upto date amendment ) welded at both ends according to relavant BIS standred and detailed specification and provided with nuts and bolts of required sizes 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber gasket or synthetic rubber gasket conforming to relavent BIS code including all shorts pieces and others pecials etc made from parents tubes and and welded with flanges of table as applicale for the particuler reach and of approved specification as per site condition including flushing cleaning painting and hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfication of Engineer -in - charge. The pipes and special shall have galvanised coating as per IS -4736 with latest ammendments .(The earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately)
