Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and and as directed

S&F standard aluminum sections of any Type as in doors, windows, ventilators, partitons etc, powder coated, cut to size, jointed with cadmium plated steel screws, including necessary jointing clips, rubber packing, neoprene rubber gasket, aluminium snap beading, screws, aluminium fittings, handles, locking arrangement (star lock), Nylon ball bearings and Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for sealing the gap of frame with Jamb and Cill (alround) using silicon gel at the rate of 0.05 lit/m for both faces of window etc complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Weight of Aluminum sections for frames and shutters shall be only considered for payment. Cost of other consumables required for the item shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. However glass panes / Bakelite sheet only will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only. Fixing by element of these items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises etcand removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic tiles (Coloured) 7 to 8mm thick rectangular area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm n exc 0.36 sqm in skirting / dado etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc and including for providing rendering 10mm thick on brick/concrete surface in CM 1:4 to receive tiles in skirting/dados complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, ending spirally for hoopingfor columns, hookingends and bindingwith and includingmild steel ire(annealed) not lessthan 0.9mm dia or securing with clips and the like upto a height of 7.00m from ground level complete all as specified and directed

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plasterd wall/Ceiling surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over 1 mm thick wall care putty and a coat of primer on plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section of grade Fe 290 Gde E-165 with gusset plates, rails, braces, MS rollers any dia, pintel nut, bolts etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as directed.

M&L Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rolling with power roller exc. 8 tonne & n.exc. 12 tonne to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading and levelling of Sand/ grit cushioning below interlocking tiles.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing coarse sand as in cushioning for underground cable protection including punning down gently in layers complete all as specified and as directed Note: Only punned thickness shall be considered for measurement and payment purpose
