Disconnecting the elcetric supply, dismantling and takingdown the SPN distribution board alongwith all inner components like MCBs/ Isolators of any capacity and making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Removed light fittings shall be deposited to AGE E/M store

Supply and fix MCB distribution board double door type, SPN 12 way, 240 Volts sheet steel powder painted IP 43 protection with bus bar, neutral link & earth bar etc. for incoming RCBO and outgoing MCBs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB, double pole 40 Amps rating with earth leakage, overload and short circuit protection, sensitivity 30 mA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB, SP, 'C' curve, 6 - 32 Amps, 10 kA, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring alongwith earth wire with 2 x 4.0 Sqmm + 1 x 4.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through and including PVC Conduit and its all accessories of suitable size on wall/roof surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 4.0 Sqmm copper cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed, 1100 volt grade cable with multi strand copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic PVC casing & caping or PVC conduit, medium grade, as directed/ ground requirement, ISI marked of suitable size, surface on wall, ceiling with GI screws, rawl plugs with all fittings including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of pressed steel terminal box powder coated or PVC Box of suitable size with 3 mm thick laminated or PVC sheet cover for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area), complete all as specified and directed.

One light /exhaust fan/bell point /Ceiling fan controlled by one switch.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket point controlled by one switch on same board.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket point controlled by one switch on independent board.

All as per item No. 7 here-in-before but with 2.5 Sqmm for 3 pin 16 Amps socket point controlled by one switch on independent board and 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor green in colour as earth continuity conductor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing wall mounted new E-Lite LED Triyca batten, extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver 10W LED 6500K (2ft) complete with all accessories including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete including taking down old unsrviceable fittings, complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Havells Cat No. LHEXBTP7IN1W009 or its equivalent in Philips/CG.

Supply and fix ding dong call bell AC, 230 V, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and shifting to AGE E/M store and Painting of ceiling fans complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc and writing MES No and Hanging in its original position and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix heavy duty exhaust fan with metal body, metal frame & metal blades of size 300mm sweep, suitable for working on single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz AC supply complete including suitable nuts & bolts and connecting cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells model No Ventil Air - DB or equivalent in Bajaj/Philips.

S&F louvers with suitable frame work and fixing arrangements for exhaust fan of size 300 mm sweep complete including removing the existing unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting round holes into or through stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and walls of cement concrete of superficial area exceeding 400 sqcm but not exceeding 0.16 sqm and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required for exhaust fan opening, complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan in any radius built in CM 1:4 in existing ventilator opening for making a circular hole for fixing 380mm sweep exhaust fan, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) and applying two coats of white wash wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in hard/dense soil for laying of cables/ for erection of poles/ for stay assembly etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Boaring/ drilling (horizontally ) of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread clean dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat size 230 mm x 115mm x 75 mm across the length of cable for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 80mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of LT underground cable of size 3.5 Core, 35 Sqmm in trenches or fixed on pole/wall or drawn through pipes including suitable size Lugs & Glands etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of LT underground cable of size 3.5 Core, 70 Sqmm in trenches or fixed on pole/wall or drawn through pipes including suitable size Lugs & Glands etc, complete all as specified and directed.
