Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete. TNDSS No:97

Reinforcement Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (one part of cement one and a half part of sand and three part of aggregates) using machine broken granite jelly of 20 mm size for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of centering shuttering strutting and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators using finishing etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification. Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators,window bars, balustrades etc with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The make,quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works.)

Supply and delivery of 1.5HP submersible pumb set having a duty condition of 125 lpm discharge against head of 50 metre confirming to IS specification with ISS marking suitable for installation panel board including cost of all materials and all conveyance charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Supply and delivery or wall mounting type control panel board of Ammeter, Voltmeter single phase prevents insulator-indicating Lambs, STAR DELTA / DOL starter, Suitable for 1.5 HP suitable certificate pump set including all charges.

Supply and delivery of flat type 2.5 sq mm PVC sheathed 3 core conductor cables conforming to IS 694 / 1990 with ISI marking suitable for submersible pumb sets etc complete.

Supply and run of 2 of 4 Sq.mm(56/0.3)PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains. SD65

Supply and delivery of fixing of HDPE tank 1000 litres capacity as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transporation and labour charges for fixing of GI pipes and specials, for pipe connection works including cutting threading and fixing charges as directed by officers.

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pump set in bore well / open well including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps up to the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges up to the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pump set and trail run for 10 days.

Hire charges for diesel pumb set above 5HP with fuel and crew charges including transportation charges etc. Complete.

Disilting light and sandy soil silt from the well below water level and removing sediments and dirt using spad and buckets including conveyance of diesel and other tool nd plant sets etc. Complete
