Repair/Improvement of 25/7.5 Ton capacity E.O.T crane along with allied works installed at Lift Irrigation Station Basantpur(As per scope of work Annexure C of SBD):-Repair to 25/7.5Ton Capacity E.O.T crane along with allied works installed at LIS Basantpur .The job involves rewinding of 1.5 HP auxiliary motor of 7.5 Ton capacity E.O.T crane by way of dismantling the motor ,carriage and shifting to workshop, Extracting out the burnt winding from the stator of the motor. Rewinding of the motor with good quality insulation wire and then vanishing the windings with the help of air gun and allowing it to dry Repair to rotor shaft by remetalling and turning/ finishing to the bearing size and making keyway. Extraction of damaged rotor strips by removing the solder from both ends and then providing and fitting of new copper strips as per requirement and size of the rotor. Providing and fitting of new U-clamps and soldering the strips ends, applying red oxide on the surface of cores of motor. Job includes complete servicing of 1.5 HP Motor, checking the I.R value of motor. Extracting out the bearing from DE and NDE side the motor. Providing and fitting of new bearings -2 sets as per existing sample and size. Overhauling of 15HP hoisting motor 01 No. of 25 ton capacity E.O.T crane by way of dismantling of motor. Extracting out the rotor from the stator, cleaning of the stator as well as rotor with the help of chemical and allowing it to dry. Applying varnish 02 coats with the help of air gun. Allowing it to dry and checking the I.R value. Fabrication of coupling pulley of 15 HP motor after rebuilding of its shaft. Extracting out all the bearings and providing and fitting of new bearings in place of old bearings and greasing them properly. Fitment of all the parts and assembling the motor and testing it. Fabrication of new (hook) 12 mm dia heavy duty-02 Nos. of 7.5-ton capacity crane including its fitting. Providing and fitting of new wire rope of 12 mm dia required for E.O.T crane about 50 meter. Replacement of drum (brakes assembly-03 sets, B/drum coils - 02 Nos, LT coil- 01 No., C.T coil- 01 No., and hook coil- 01 No. Fitment of wire rope and applying cadmium compound on brake drum and steel wire rope. Extracting out caked grease from the railings and wheels of E.O.T crane and applying new grease. P/F of 04 sq.mm 03 core copper cable 25 mtrs. (approx.). The job further involves renovation of gear box and plumber block of E.O.T crane both longitudinal and transverse movements by way of draining out old dirty oil from the Gear Box and cleaning/flushing the oil chamber with K-oil. Extracting out the old, damaged oil seals. P/f of new oil seals as per sample and size. Filling of new gear oil into the Gear Box chambers (80 W)- 80 Ltrs. Approx. Dismantling of plumber block, extracting the shaft -01 No., shaft bushes- 02 Nos, cleaning all the parts of plumber block with Kerosene oil and drying them with the Dhotti cloth. Providing and fitting of new shaft and bushes of plumber block. Greasing of all the moving parts of plumber block with grease gun. Fitment of all the parts of the Gear Boxes and plumber blocks along with new nuts, bolts and washers. Repairs to electrical control panel by way of dismantling of control panel. Replacement of burnt main isolating switch of 63 Amp. -01 No., HRC fuses of 50 Amp-03 Nos., main contactor 38 Amp.- 01 No., contractors 3 amp-02 No., 10 amp - 06, timer- 05 Nos. over load relay of auxiliary hoist circuit - 01 no. connectors - (32 amps.) 02 Nos., 12 amp - 02 Nos., 6 Amp - 03 Nos . Assembling of electrical control panel and testing it on load. The job includes painting of E.O.T crane by way of cleaning the surface with wire brush and sand paper etc. applying one coat of red oxide primer followed by two coats of superior quality paint. The job includes the cost of material and labor charges. To and fro carriage charges of parts in the workshop and from workshop to site and hire charges of tools and tackles required at site for execution of job
