Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53.22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 3 as per MORD Specification. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. Technical specification clause-502(I)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.as per MORD specificaiton no. 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 KN capacity, finished to required level and grades to followed by seal coat.as per MORD specificaiton no. 511

Providing and laying seal coat Type C sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall .as per MORD specificaiton no. 510

Earth work in making patries on outer side of the road in ordinary soil. to be done in 20 cm layer including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and true to the patri template with side slopes,excluding royality. (excluding hire roller chargess).
