Repair and renovation of HR gate of Pattamundai Main Canal of Nurtang Irri. Sub-Division under Mahanadi North Division-I, Cuttack for the year 2026-27.

Dismantling of old structure, fabrication of bottom seal,side seal,bronze pad etc.,hoisting arrangements of total weight about 4.7 MT approx for 6 Nos. of sluice gate (Size-1800mm x 2700mm) as per specification with all accessories as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of following bought out materials for each gate - Bolts, screw, nuts, washers etc- 15 Kg, 1 No.Lifting pin 30 dia length 140mm, 1 No. Bearing 51224, Grease & Gearoil of 3 kg., stainless steel flat of 18.52 kg of required size and specification respectively with all accessories as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Erection, positioning, alligning, fixing, trial, commissioning, testing etc. of second stage embedded parts ., Sluice gate consisting of skin plate (1800mmx 2700mm), horizontal girder,end vertical girder, seal flats etc., screw hoisting arrangements consisting of hoist bridge, cast iron gear box,supporting beams, cross beam base plate, fixing of anchor bolts, laying of chequered plate as per specification with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, welding, drilling, boring, cleaning, finishing, consumables with lead & lifts,coffer dam all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of 2nd stage embedded parts (exposed portion), gate and its components in both upstream side and downstream side, hoisting components, ladder support including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of one coat Zinc primer of 40micron thick and three coats of coal tar epoxy paint of 100 micron each for 6 Nos. of Sluice gates all inclusive of labour, materials and consumables as per relevant IS Code specifications with all lead & lifts as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Extra Item includes vent cleaning,Watch and ward etc all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Concrete cutting of approximately 1.26 cum as per specification with all leads, lifts,including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, mixing and vibrating concrete by mechanical means including hire and running charges of all machinery / equipments, construction/ erection and removal of gangways, stagings, scaffoldings & incidental charges complete for 6 Nos. of Sluice gates as per the direction of the Engineer in-Charge.

Providing reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 of approximately 2.16 cum for 2nd stage concreting using 20 mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates of approved grade and quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin surface, dust and any other deleterious materials as per specification with all leads, lifts including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, mixing and vibrating concrete by mechanical means including providing rigid & smooth steel form works for 2nd stage concrete works and dismantling the same after required days, curing, supply of all tools & plants, machinery, labour charges, cost & carriage of water for mixing and curing concrete including hire and running charges of all machinery / equipments, construction/erection and removal of gangways, staging’s, scaffoldings & incidental charges complete for 6 Nos. of Sluice gates as per the direction of the Engineer in-Charge.

Transportation charges of above said half finished materials from workshop, generator ,welding transformer, derrick & other T & P with labour charges for loading and unloading in a 10T truk about Transportation worksite.
