M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of external wall by brooming down with steel wire brushing and applying one coat of cement base paint on external wall surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surface of wall and apply two coats of cement base paint.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade on walls all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
