Providing, fixing and applying plaster of paris (POP) false ceiling consisting of frame work made with 50mm sq M.S. tubes of 18 G thickness as main runner at 600 mm c/c both ways,suspended/ supported with M.S. flats 25x4 mm from existingR.C.C. slab including providing and fixing expanded metal of size 5.25mmx1.25mm thickness welded to main runner and applying POP (calcium sulphate semihydrate variety)to the expanded metal of thickness not less than 1 Omm finished smooth to line and level including necessary supports scaffolding etc. as required and also including applying a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer over the M.S. fiame work and suspenders complete.

providing and fixing of Laminated ready made wooden flooring 8mm thick action tessa AC4 including fixing in position complete job

Wiring for light point , fan/ exhaust/call bell point/ amp socket point with 1.5 mm FR/PVC insulated copper cable in existing /recessed PVC conduit but without control switch, without box as required.

Wiring for 16 amp socket outlet with 2.5 mm FR/PVC insulated copper conductor cable in existing recessed PVC conduit including sheet as required

Supplying and fixing 0f 1 inch, ¾ inch pvc conduit capping along the accessories in surface / recessed including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of 10 amp 240 volt single pole grid plate mounted switch indicator with molded copper plate including recessed 2 inch ms box complete as required including connection.

Supply and fixing of combined 3 pin 240 volt 20amp socket outlet with safety shutters and 20amp 240 volt single pole mounted in recessed including m.s box complete as required

Supply and fixing of combined 3 pin 240 volt 10 amp. Socket outlet with safety shutter and 10 amp. 240 volt single pole mounted in recessed including complete MS box complete as required.
