S&F in repair Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, having thickness of laths 1mm including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, having thickness of laths 1mm including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to steel rolling shutter (any size) incl taking down for repair if required, greesing, oiling, changing of ball bearing, spring, gears or any other part required for proper functioning of shutter etc, welding if required and refixing shutter complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Any part of rolling shutter if required to be changed shall be measured and paid seperately under supply only rate. (ii) Small items/parts shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item.

Supply only Ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only bevel gear box, rod and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only spring for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only pully and shaft for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only sliding locks for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to steel gates of 'A' and 'B' veh garrages (any size) greesing, oiling, repair of hinges and pintals, changing of any part required for proper functioning of gate, welding if required and refixing gate complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Any part of steel gate if required to be changed shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item.

Repair to steel gates of 'A' and 'B' veh garrages ( any size) incl taking down for repair greesing, oiling, repair of hinges and pintals, changing of any part required for proper functioning of gate, welding if required and refixing gate complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Any part of steel gate if required to be changed shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including 10mm dia MS round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1mm thick Mild steel, plain black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any size including line wires complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of any size complete all as specified and directed. Note : Weight of chain link shall be acertained by BOO.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over existing primer coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe-290) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of iron works of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newplastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of any tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles 1 inch minimum complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section incl barbed wire fencing, embedded in cement concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground incl barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.
