Various horticulture operation in Annadale View Building at Chaura Maidan Shimla

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure). as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed farm yard manure at the site of work as per instructions by the Engineeer- in charge. The Farm yard manure shall be free from earth stone, brick bats and other extraneous stuff. The stacks of F.Y.M. Should be 50 cm in height having volume not less then 3.00 cum. The volume of the stacksshall be reduced by 8% for looseness to arrive at the net quantity for payment.

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods including carriage of material in all leads and lifts,as per instructions of engineer in charge.

Fine dressing of the ground including carriage of material in all leads and lifts, as per instructions of engineer in charge.

Supplying and spreading of sand in Lawn area, including watering, mixing and dressing complete. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts,as per instructions of engineer in charge.

Providing and seeding of seeds of lawn grass of approved variety (bent grass/ rye grass/ tall fescue/ kentucky blue) in duly prepared and dressed lawn area and covering with appropriate mixture of good earth,sand and farm yard manure also the maintenance of lawn upto 30 days or till the germinated grass form a thick lawn.as per instructions of engineer in charge.

Supplying and planting permanent shrubs in prepared pits and watering plant height not less than 45 cm.as per instructions by the Engineeer- in charge.

Providing and planting seasonals (Marigold , Salvia Zennia etc.) well developed with fresh & healthy foliage with 3 to 4 flower in bloom in 20 cm polybags and planting seasonals at flowering stage in beds including digging of beds to 15 cm depth and planting at 20 cm distance from plant to plant and row to row.as per direction of the officer incharge.

Providing and placing of PVC window planters 24 inch with mixture of good earth and farm yard mannurein appropriate ratio in all leads and lift as the directions by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing of PVC pot of 14" with 12" plate base with indoor ornamental plant with mixture of good earth and farm yard mannure in appropriate ratio in all leads and lift as the directions by engineer-in-charge.
